Doug has been my plumber for 11 years and he
does a great job. I live in an old house and I find young
plumbers don't even know how to fix stuff, the old fixtures.
And it's not encouraging when you call a plumber and he tells
you some part to buy before he will work on it. Never
the case with Doug.

His charge is reasonable and he showed my how to stave off
a dripping faucet by myself if I want to defer spending on a permanent
fix for awhile. I recommend him enthusiastically.

I spoke with the owner, Doug, on the phone after calling an emergency help line for one of my rental units in Columbia. I'd used them before btw. It was 1 a.m. and he got to the apartment by 1:15 and had the burst pipe shut off and started draining the basement. Cost was reasonable but the real benefit was the fast service. He left his personal info for both myself and the tenants for any future problems. He also came back by the next day to check on the work and the renters - they called and told me as much. Very good experience.
