we had an emergency, on a Sunday evening of course, when our drain backed up. Couldn't use any water in the house. Not OK!

Contacted A 1 for help. An hour later the work was done. Thanks Vince, and your 2 angels Ron and Dee. They arrived quickly, handled the work professionally and are nice people.

In-take over the phone was quick and dispatch from Vincent was succinct. We had an emergency water leak on Saturday afternoon in our front yard and Bobby was great to work with: he let us know what he would be looking for, re-stated the costs for the type of work, and the possibilities that may result from the assessment of the situation. We got him an extension cord so he could setup the light and he made sure to present the broken pieces and the next steps. He was able to resolve the situation, and ensured the plumbing glue dried accordingly, in a few hours and we were able to get water running in the house again. He let us know what to look out for and what other improvements we could take, if we were open to making them in the future. I would recommend working with Bobby.

We had a number of plumbing problems hit at the same time- yikes. I called A 1 Best Plumbing later in the day and got a quick response which was great. Ronald and Dominique arrived and fixed the immediate problem-what a relief. But we had more issues. The follow up was well planned, we were always given a time frame and good estimates. I called A1 to fix a leaking spray gun at the kitchen sink. water would run down the house and into the cabinet below the sink. German came out, called before arrival, and diagnosed the problem. He was able to fix it, and he also helped me understand a filtration system that was installed by the previous owner (which didn't work) and what's needed to make it operational again. This was my second good experience with A1 and their team members. Reasonably priced for the work, also. I recommend using them if you need plumbing services!

As soon as I called, Ronald called me and was on his way! Ronald and Dee arrived quickly and assessed the problem and quickly resolved the issue with my main drain being clogged. Mind you, they responded quickly to my after hours called and did not leave until everything was working properly. Thank you Ronald and Dee and Thank you A1 Plumbing!!!

Dominique from A1 was fantastic. She immediately diagnosed the reason for leakage in our upstairs bathroom and was able to fix it right away. She was also super patient and addressed all of our ad hoc requests!

I called after 8 AM this morning. Araceli cheerfully answered the phone and I was able to communicate perfectly what we needed. German was out within the hour, listened to what we wanted done, got the faucet exactly as we described it, fixed it on the first try, and was done by noon. Also, we spent much less than I feared the bill would be before I called. I couldn't have asked for a better job. Our sink is up and running better than it did before. Thank you, A1 Best Plumbing! They service high rise units! I called several plumbers, only to learn most do not service buildings higher than 3 floors! They responded and quickly resolved our problem. My daughter and thank you, A1 for your prompt response and fast resolution!
