Owner is very nice and responds quickly. His two employees that came out were very nice as well with communicating but left a mess when job was finished and forgot to put our drain cap back in. Other than that the pricing is reasonable compared to others. Great customer service and do a good job but would be excellent service if they cleaned up after themselves. But I still appreciate the job. Thanks.

The job was done professionally, even though my upstairs toilet wasn't done. We had a leak after he left and they came back the next day and fixed it. I have to say the work that they did do, was exceptional. I would definitely recommend.

My mom was having drain issues in her basement. After a few other outfits came out and pulled the scare tactic BS and gave high quotes and vague answers, I felt I needed another opinion. I stumbled upon A1 Bargain Plumbing online, Kevin came out, verified the problem, explained everything, and gave us a realistic answer and quote to do the work. I just liked his honest way and easy going additude. It was a moderate job that included busting up a basement floor, they wrapped it up in one day and even mopped and cleaned up when done.

Definitely calling A1 again next time I have a plumbing issue I can't resolve.

After doing a web/Yelp search, I contacted A1 via their web's email link from my California home to learn how to solve minor plumbing code issue at my sister's Dearborn home. Kevin responded within minutes and suggested a call. He learned more about the issue and told me that it's a simple fix that does not require a licensed plumber. He offered--and did--send a photograph of the part that needs to be purchased and can be installed by the homeowner. So, although we haven't used Kevin's firm to complete plumbing work, the fact that he is so responsive, helpful and that he didn't try to get paid for a job the homeowner can complete is quite telling. On that basis, A1 deserves your consideration!

I really appreciate and highly recommend A-1 Plumbing.
On a Sunday, a faucet to my shower broke and we had to turn off the hot water valve to get it to stop. I immediately contacted my regular plumber (NOT A-1), who said he would come out the next day.. Monday came and went. I contacted them again Tuesday and was told someone would be out to fix it Wednesday.. No one called or showed up. And then on Thursday, another no-call no-show.
Finally Friday morning I gave up and after lots of research decided to contact A-1. They happened to have one of their crews available and they were at my house within about an hour.
Within about an hour and a half, everything was fixed and better than ever. The servicemen (Ryan and Jason) were great, very friendly and gave very clear explanations as to what they needed to do and why, a couple different options we had, and also gave me some advice on my older plumbing and explained what will need to be done to get it updated.
I will definitely be calling them from now on for any plumbing issues we have. Thank you guys so much!!

This is one of the BEST plumbing companies I've ever used! Can't go wrong with these guys. Fast reliable and great work. In today's fast paced world it's great to know there are companies out there that take pride in their service. This is one of those places. Needed service done for my kitchen sink and garbage disposal not only were Ryan & Jayson punctual they were thorough and fast. Very knowledgeable and friendly and the price was reasonable. I will definitely use this company again for my plumbing needs.

cannot recommend Kevin and this company enough! I accidentally knocked my small, expensive, water sensitive hearing aid down the bathroom sink and after our own failed attempts to fish it out I called and he came out within an hour and quickly retrieved it for a very reasonable price. Pretty sure he moved around his whole schedule to fit us in. He literally saved me thousands of dollars with his quick, skillful work. I recommend him enthusiastically - HIRE HIM!

Kevin came to the house to look at a leaking toilet he took his time looking for the leak and caulked the toilet he was there on a previous call so when he came back he didn't charge me I'm happy that I found a good trust worthy plumber that's not gonna over charge you A1 plumbing is A1

Jason and Ryan are first class. They came without ant appointment the first time for a drain problem and were honest. Told us that it was just too much rain and we had no problem with our drains. So when our hot water heater went out we called again. They were here within the hour. As long as they were here we had another problem with the toilet fixed.
It's Saturday and they are here fixing the last plumbing problem we were going to put off until income tax refund time, but we saved enough money to have every thing done now.
Ryan and Jason are professional and respectful at all times. Everything is explained before it is done with a price. I trust them both and A1 Bargain Plumbing
