Maria P.These guys are the worst. They charged a lot of money to fix a problem and it never worked. When I called them back to let them know, they didn't do anything and we're rude and aggressive. Do not waste your time or money. Beware!
B g.Allen Grooms is not a licensed plumber and falsely identifies himself as such. Furthermore, he refuses to pull permits with the city for his work. On 11/23/10, he incorrectly informed me that I needed $1,000 worth of plumbing repairs. On 3/10/11, I won a judgment against him in Will County small claims court. Mr. Grooms refuses to pay. He frequently curses and hangs up on me when attempting resolution. Avoid hiring this man.
