This is a scammer!!!
This guy is crazy, he came in with a little tiny equipment, and tried only a little bit, then told me this cannot be fixed because my pipe is too old and dead, I need to change the pipe for $1500!
I was trying to argue with him, this is not fixed can he charge less or give me a temp solution, he said he can't and then got mad, threatening me like if I don't pay someone will come back with baseball...
In the end I still had to pay the full price without any fix at all to let him go

Scammers !! i'm so mad i didn't google these people before hiring ... The plumber came and snake my drain and said my pipe was shot, I didn't believe he knew what he was doing so i called another plumber right after, the next plumber ask me to flush the toilets and told me right away that it's not my main trap ... it's clogged from my toilet and he would need to take off the toilet and snake ... within 2 mins my lines were cleared.... The funny thing is that these Scammers cashed my check within mins .. Beware !!!A1 $68 sewer and drain is a Scam

BEWARE! SCAMMER!

Insulting know it all who refused to listen to how other plumbers had cleared our drain line in the past.

Worked for about 15 minutes before claiming the pipe was completely shot and giving up. Left a mess and did not clean up, and demanded $166 for this BS. Told him to get lost.

24 hours later my regular plumber came by and cleared the drain line no problem.

If you a wise you will never call for their services. They came to fix the flush in our toilet. Three weeks later the toilet was leaking from the bottom. We contacted them again. We didn't watch over the repair man, but he pulled the toilet up and said he fixed the seal. A day later water was pouring out from underneath again. We called him back once again and he said we need a new toilet and shut off valve. I asked them wasn't the work you did two days ago warranted, he said they don't warrantee someone house. I don't even know what that means. He also said my elderly mother must have broke the valve. He said it would cost 1050.00 to repair. They are a very dishonest business. Please head this warning and stay away. Luckily for me they were so rude, I canceled the job and hired a reputable service.

They came to snake our drains as a preventative measure at the recommendation of a friend. 3 weeks later we had a huge plumbing problem. We called a local plumber who came and told us that they hadn't done the job properly and that we had a huge sewage backup. I called A1 and they couldn't have been ruder. We didn't even try to have them come back to fix the issue even though it was under warranty since we didn't trust them at all!

We had this outfit come to do a preventative main drain cleaning. The process went fine, even though the guy kept telling me how smart he was about all things plumbing-related. The price was reasonable. We called again when we had a minor emergency with a stopped-up kitchen drain. Same guy showed up. In addition to the constant stream of ""I know more than you do,"" he scratched the porcelain of the sink, scratched the polished brass drain basket, didn't clean up, told me he ""went 30 feet"" with the snake and could not clear the clog. He wanted an additional $140 to tear down part of the ceiling in the finished basement to give an estimate on fixing the problem, saying that all the original drain piping in our 60-year-old house would probably have to be replaced. When I called the ""office"" to report the damage to the sink, I was told the plumber would call back. He never did. With the holiday coming, we needed to have the problem fixed. A neighbor suggested we call Roto-Rooter, which we did. The technician showed up when promised, put down tarps, cleared the clog in short order, using less than 15 feet of snake, cleaned up, accepted credit card payment, gave a 6-month guarantee on the work, and included a large jug of enzyme treatment and told us how to use it. We will NEVER use A1 again.

same experience as all of the other one star ratings. nasty disrespectful people. the $68 price is a bait and switch gimmick to get their foot in the door. when they get in your house they will tell you its $68 each way they run the snake. they will tell you they have to run it in the house and then out to the sewer line, so you are starting out at $136 plus tax just to start. they came to my house 2 months ago and now i have the same problem all over again. called them to ask them to to come back and fix because the repair should last longer than 2 months. they got nasty and disrespectful and hung up on me when i challenged them on the quality of their work. if they were a reputable company they would've come back and fixed the backup as a courtesy.

This is the most unprofessional company ever. The owner actually called to threaten me when I told his very unprofessional mechanic I would be giving them a bad review. He said he was going to come to my house and teach me a lesson. Apparently in his eyes if you say you will be giving a bad review it's extortion and threatening them. Get real. How about trying to make things better as the owner. Epic FAIL. DONT CALL EVER
