Incompetent and poor management. Took months to complete the job. Did not check work and I found several issues later. The owner lied about the cost of repairs and came back AFTER THE WORK WAS DONE to try and recoup losses because the employee was not familiar with doing the type of work. When I asked to get an explanation, the owner became angry and swore at me. Telling me that I didn't know what I was talking about. Do not hire this company if you need any type of work done. It is a small company that doesn't have the experience, or resources to properly repair anything.

**DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! ** This contractor is a crook. He was hired by my association to do some simple repair work for a water leak. The work was terrible and the man doing the work had to go back and fix several issues because he didn't understand how to do the job properly. After the fact, A-Z is trying to charge me $400 to install a vent fan (labor only, I purchased the fan). This was being installed into a ceiling where the drywall had been completely removed. I was told by the insurance adjuster that this installation should be around $70 in labor. However the contractor is making every excuse of how this took him longer than normal. This was a simple regular vent fan, nothing weird. The electrical did not have to be moved at all and the duct work did not have to be changed at all. Because there was no drywall, he didn't even have to make cuts or change the opening at all. This is a 15 min job of 2 wires, flexible duct work, and 2 screws into the joists. When I asked him about this he became extremely defensive and began to make up lies of the installation. The reality of this is he hired a sub par worker that didn't know how to do the work at all, much less well. He is simply trying to recoup some of the lost money he had to pay his worker for needing to go back and do the job correctly. All of the work that they did is a poor job. from paint, to drywall, to leaving a mess and not cleaning up after their selves. Do not hire this contractor if you expect to have any repairs done correctly.

I needed some help with demo and tub replacement for a bathroom project. Mike did a great job with this work! He communicated clearly what he would do, how long it would take and what it would cost, arrived as scheduled, got the work done quickly and at reasonable cost. He was able to solve a problem when an unforeseen snag came up and didn't charge extra for the extra time it took to take care of that. I would happily recommend him to others.

Mike did a really great job on all the work in my home! I will definitely use him again. Not only is he an exceptional person, but he is prompt, polite and professional every step of the way. I had him gut my walk-in shower, rebuild the walls with the new shower unit, install new plumbing, an overhead shower light, and repaint the entire bathroom. He also installed under counter lighting in my kitchen, completely hiding the wiring and light fixtures. I also asked him to inspect the venting in the attic to assess my dryer vents and bathroom fans-what I had thought was going to be a complicated expensive fix, he suggested a simple, money saving solution, which was a very pleasant surprise. Mike showed up exactly when he said he would, completed the jobs on time and even earlier in some instances. I highly recommend Mike and his team for any household job, large or small.

Most people give you a time frame & come at the end of that window, but Mike showed up right on time! Five stars for a five star job. Needed some electrical work done and chose these guys. Mike was always quickly responsive to my calls and emails as well as showed up on time for the job. I had some power loss in my house which he fixed right up, organized my circuit breaker power panel & installed a new power line under ground from house to garage. All was done in one day. Honest work and great service, I will most definitely use them for my future projects.

Just want to say I'm very impressed by the work these guys done and how fast it was turned around. I had a total bath remodeling project which included gutting down to the studs work. Company is licensed to do all the work. I had to relocate HVAC duct, add bath fan including new electrical connection, relocate vanity light junction box, relocate plumbing hot/cold line to the sink, new tub, new wall and floor tile. Work was done in timely manner. Work was done in a clean manner. I was impressed. During some conversations during the work, I've mentioned my kitchen plans and it turns out, these guys do it as well. They sent me to a great kitchen cabinetry showroom where I got a great price on the plywood construction kitchen cabinets. When the kitchen arrived, it was installed by A-Z in one way (it was four walls of cabinets, top and bottom, 35.5 linear feet). Anyway, don't hesitate and call these guys if you need something to be done right and in timely manner. I have plans for finished basement next year and I already signed a contract with A-Z, good price and I know I'll be satisfied.
