I dont recommend az plumbing to no one!! came out yesterday to repaitr our water heater. the guy said he fixed it and that it would be working in an hour once the water gets hot. no hot water! poor busness practice he should have came back out to make sure his job was complete and everything is working. no that did not happen. and when we called to let them know they gave us an appointment 2 days out. if a job wasnt complete they should have send someone out asap. when i called back asking for an explaination the lady hung up the phone on me. horrible horrible! no stars in my rating. the app made me click on a star in order to submit my review.

Called them yesterday and they came promptly the next morning, fixed my clog in just a few minutes and even replaced a gasket for free. Thank Tyler!

My pipes busted and I had another company that I was initially set up for but they never showed up not even a call. A & Z not only called but showed up as promised. They were courteous and professional. I would definitely recommend.

Very pleased with the service from A-Z. Called yesterday to get a quote and have someone come out. Was given a window of 9-12. The lady called and asked if I was ready for them to come out around 10:30. The man and his daughter came in asked what was going on and got to work immediately. They had everything fixed in like 15 min. I was very pleased with the service and the promptness.

Alright, I just had these guys come out to the house to unstop the washer drain line which was also backing up into my kitchen sink. I also read the other two reviews. First off these guys are plumbers, not the hostess at your pansy hipster club. They gave you short and direct answers? Really? Get over yourself. To the other poster. It probably was your fault.

I called them yesterday. Talked to the lady that answered. Told her the problem. She set me up with an appointment time. Gave me a quote. The guys arrived within the times she quoted me. Friendly, professional, and polite. They got the job done with little hassle.

My only complaint would be the quoted arrival time. 8:00 am to 2:00 pm. a 6 hour window is a bit much for me and the reason for 4 stars and not 5 stars. Otherwise the guys were, like I previously said, polite, professional, and friendly. They arrived within the scheduled time.

Terrible customer service. Would not recommend. They were scheduled to show up between 8:00 am - 12:00 pm, with a call ahead to notify us of their arrival time. They did not call the number we asked them to call. So, they just never showed up. When I called to inquire, she made it sound like it was my fault. She said that they did call. Well, I had no missed phone calls from them and no voicemail. And, they have still not called back to reschedule. They are completely unreliable. Do not use them!

Visited this business a few days ago. Was concerned about a leak at my home. Jeremy was the man behind the counter who assisted me. Not very friendly. Short, direct answers with very little social contact. It nearly felt like I was disturbing him and that I should have went to another business. Still waiting on estimate for repairs.
