I had a leak from my main line at the water meter....because it was leaking closer to the house and not the street, it was OUR problem!!! My husband called A+ and they had someone come asap!!! Tony was great!! Very knowledgeable and very nice!!! He even waited for the product to cure and checked for leaks....it was all good to go!!! Aaaahhhh....what a relief to be able to use the toilet!!! My water line from the house to the street had a leak in it and part of the pipe was underneath the cement slab.
I called 4 different businesses concerning getting bids on the project.
Nasser came out actually a day before, surprise visit - he was in the neighborhood.
He got out of his truck and went straight to work - deciding what I need and the time line that it would take to get it done.
He was the cheapest bid, BUT, I knew once Nasser started talking to me, I knew that I was going to hire him, he was just so confident, knowledgeable and just appeared to be trustworthy, and appeared to be just a, "" Nice Guy!""
Mike and Mark, came out the next day - and got to work. The house was built in 1989 and they used PVC - Holes were dug and then new copper was placed, pulled under slab and old PVC taken out - New valve for main shut off and then another new valve for sprinklers.
Over all - Nasser and employees were awesome and would HIGHLY recommend hiring them.

Nasser and his assistant did a thorough job assessing the problem causing the toilets to not flush properly. He explained what they were going to do to fix the problem and gave me an estimate of cost before proceeding to do the work. Tree roots have grown into the sewer lines causing the backup and Nasser explained what it would take to fix the problem permanently. Their fee was reasonable and Nasser had said if the problem reoccurs within 2 weeks, they would come back out and fix the problem at no additional cost. I would recommend A+ to anyone needing plumbing services.

I saved thousands having A+ Waterworks fix a leak coming from our fire service line. This involved replacing about 100 feet of underground piping. My only advice for potential customers is (1) to be very strict about your schedule by confirming your own appointments ahead of time and (2) follow up as frequently as needed to get the information you need. Overall, A+ Waterworks will quote a good price and the owner's staff are very good, down-to-earth people who are professional, informative, and courteous. I especially recommend Mike. Again, I saved THOUSANDS... so I am a very happy camper. Thank you Nasser & team!

If we could, we would rate them much lower. My husband called the Vallejo Water Dept. to find out if we had a leak between the street and the house as this was in the spring during all the rain. They told us we had a leak and suggested A + Waterworks Inc.. We called them up,and they came out to assess the problem. My husband showed Nasser where the leak was, and was told that he was wrong and the leak was underneath the sidewalk which was 3 feet from where the ground was puddled. He told my husband they could tear up the sidewalk or pull a pipe from the street. The sidewalk tear up and replacement was around $5,000, and the pulled pipe was around $2000. My husband continued to argue with him about where the leak was, and he continued to tell him that he was the professional and that he knew that the leak was under the sidewalk. Since our water department had recommended them, we assumed they were honest. We decided to trust them-BIG mistake! The pipe was replaced, and they took a check for $1740.
After the rain stopped, we noticed the leak was still where we had showed him. My husband called them up, and they sent a man out to check. He gave us another estimate to fix the same problem that they were called out for originally for $445 more. My husband then asked them what kind of compensation we would get back since they did the wrong job and was laughed at. We then got an honest contractor who fixed the problem for $80 replacing a plastic pipe joint in the place my husband had originally showed Nasser.
About 4 weeks ago the our water company showed up at our door because a meter reader had noticed that the meter was going backwards. They had to reverse the valve at the street because ""the professional"" A-1 Waterworks had put it in backwards. To our surprise the next day in the mail is a bill for $174 for reversing the meter from the our water company. That was the worst $2000 we've ever spent. We recommend you never use this company,as we feel they are extremely pricey, not professional and dishonest. If you do, buyer beware.

A+ Waterworks Inc. is one of the best plumbing services! After the wonderful cleanup from ARC Water Damage services, Nasser from A+ Waterworks Inc. sent out Mark to service a cracked pipe beneath our home. Mark was very friendly and professional. He also noticed a small leak coming from one of our toilets and was willing to fix it on the spot. We didn't hesitate the additional cost. I'm very thankful to have 2 services that do top notch work all within the week.

Gas leak - quick to respond, called to let us know they were on their way. Sent a crew so the job was completed quickly. They isolated the leak, we've had no recurring issues and it's been over a month. When I came home from work and saw they had two trucks and were obviously on top of the situation, I thought it was going to be spendy. The price came in under my expectations so I was very pleased and will not hesitate to either use them again or recommend them to others.

Nassar and his team were professional and efficient replacing pipes under our house, after they had been leaking for a period of time. After the initial visit to provide an estimate, they quickly set up an appointment within a week and completed the job on time and at the estimated price. I've referred A+ Waterworks to a friend and they had a positive experience as well. I will use A + Waterworks going forward.
