Job started in January, Nasser said it would be ""at the most"" a 2 day repair and our house sitter would not be inconvenienced. We paid $1700.00 in advance. She didn't have water for 2 weeks, the technician would come at irregular hours, would not call in advance and did not keep appointment times. Holes were cut into the drywall and never repaired. It is now June and the job has NEVER been completed, we still have no water in our kitchen, fine if you like lugging buckets of hot water from the tub to the kitchen sink to wash dishes.. The house is totally covered by a video surveillance system and I have documentation of the coming and goings of A+ Waterworks. I called another plumbing company, Don Nicols Plumbing. They identified the issue right away and will fix, I will expect A+ Waterworks to reimburse me for the $925 it is costing me to have him fix what A+ Waterworks could not.
Horrible, Horrible Customer Service. Nasser seems to have a chip on his back. Even worse poor work. Would not recommend, except to recommend that you run far & fast from this company.
Hello Contractors State License Board. Small Claims, BBB and social media - maybe a YouTube post of the torn up kitchen, holes in the walls and no water.

After a few phone calls to A+, I was finally connected to Mike Nye. I reported to Mike what I thought was the problem on my home fire sprinkler system. He requested that I take some photos and send it to him so that he could give me an estimate. During the process of taking the a second picture, I discovered that the problem wasn't with the fire sprinkler system, but with the water softener system. I thanked Mike for his assistance as my water softener system was under warranty and I would contact the plumbers that had installed the system. A few minutes later Mike called me back and said that he noticed that my fire system gauge pressure was way to high and it needed to be released. Mike did not have to call me back to tell about this and then take the time to walk me through how to release the pressure. Mike went beyond and helped me out even though I did not hire A+ Waterworks. If Mike is the type of people that A+ hires, I would definitely recommend them for any plumbing issues. Thank you again Mike!

I would and will recommend A + Waterworks. These fellows did some back breaking work to dig down to the broken (offset) sewer line. My description is not going to do the work justice.
There were other companies that would not even attempt the job because of possible post tension rods. Undaunted A + Waterworks worked carefully and cut through the concrete in two different locations to not only repair the problem. It wasn't magic, it was skill and knowledge mixed with hard work and sweat. Thank you A + Waterworks, Nasser and crew.

Now 2 years after the job I can tell that what did was not really good. So we rerouted the hot water pipes for the whole house ; it will take at least 5 minutes to have hot water coming out of the faucet . It used to take a few seconds before rerouting . Also cosmetically they did a very sloppy job; as I was told by another plumber . They got the job done really fast ; however, it turned out a very sloppy one .
Please give it a second thought if you would like to start a project with them .

I called A+Waterworks because they are certified to repair fire sprinkler systems. Our home flooded and a fire sprinkler discharged. Even though they were fully booked for the day Mike came out and repaired our sprinkler. We also had an issue with a non functioning valve ourside. Mike called us promptly with a valve estimate and they are here working on it right now. We found Mike to be professional, and thorough. We have found a great plumbing company!

These guys saved my bacon! Our commercial building sprung a leak in Concord. The Landlord called 6 companies. NONE returned our calls. Called and asked if they did the Concord area and solved it same day. Professional service and now we have a new company to manage our plumbing needs. Thanks guys!

I called Nasser this morning needing same day service as my house smelled like sewage. Mark came out an hour later and diagnosed the problem quickly (90 on my sewer main cracked). I am happy to say the repair went well and all is good.

Deeply disappointed at having been ""stood up"" for repairs to a faulty water heater installed by A+ in the last year. I left a message: no response. I've spoken to company employees three times about this issue. I'll gladly change this if I get good service again.

My realtor set me up with Advanced Trenchless for my sewer lateral inspection in Vallejo, but I recommend A Plus Waterworks, which recently completed the actual work on my lateral. If you're buying or have a home in Vallejo, Nasser works closely with the city inspector and knows what they require in order to qualify for the rebate; AT apparently does not because they did not provide me with a video that was adequate (they missed part of the lateral, so it had to be rescoped) and the price they quoted me was higher. AT also doesn't apply the $250 inspection fee toward the repair work. Nasser's crew are all very professional and nice to work with.
