Gas leak - quick to respond, called to let us know they were on their way. Sent a crew so the job was completed quickly. They isolated the leak, we've had no recurring issues and it's been over a month. When I came home from work and saw they had two trucks and were obviously on top of the situation, I thought it was going to be spendy. The price came in under my expectations so I was very pleased and will not hesitate to either use them again or recommend them to others.

Nassar and his team were professional and efficient replacing pipes under our house, after they had been leaking for a period of time. After the initial visit to provide an estimate, they quickly set up an appointment within a week and completed the job on time and at the estimated price. I've referred A+ Waterworks to a friend and they had a positive experience as well. I will use A + Waterworks going forward.

Water meter kept on running even after shutting off the main valve at the house and water bill rose dramatically in the last billing cycle. A+ Waterworks was recommended and contacted and they showed up the same day to give an estimate. They were very friendly, very knowledgeable and their prices were a lot less than I expected. They replaced the old poly water line from the sidewalk to the house with a new copper line. They put in a new main valve and even replaced an old sprinkler valve at no extra cost. They were done in 4 hours and everything is better than new. I would definitely recommend A+ Waterworks!

I thought that a water main break by the street at our rental house in Vallejo was going to cost me THOUSANDS of dollars because there was a tree root and a sidewalk involved. AND it was after 5 when I tried calling people.
I asked the really cool guy at the city if they had any recommendations about a plumber and he told me that the city can't make recommendations, but unfortunately this happens alot and he gets feedback from homeowners all the time. And consistantly homeowners call him back to say A Plus Waterworks were the people to use.
Nassar at A Plus called me after hours to give me my options and said he would go out first thing to take a look. He gave me 2 options - TRY to fix it, or fix it right and run the right copper piping from the break at the main to the house. I was waiting for the horrific price and he told me $600-$700 to fix, but $1500 to do it right. we decided to do it right since it was so affordable!
They were pretty booked, but he had a crew go out and put a temporary fix on until he could complete the job. They dug up the yard, but ran the pipe UNDER the sidewalk. From the day I called to completion? 3 days. And the tenant said the crew was so clean and worked quickly so that they would not be out of water for any extended time.

I would recommend A Plus Waterworks to anyone needing a major repair like this!!! They were FABULOUS

I've used this plumbing company for plumbing woes for probably 15 yrs. At a previous house in Vallejo, they switched out a defective kitchen faucet, promptly and courteously. Recently, at our present house in Glen Cove (also Vallejo), their plumber installed for me a new waterwise shower head, for a modest cost. While he was here, I asked him to look at our deplorable toilets. He recommended a new Toto toilet (the guy who invented these should be given the Nobel Prize), which 2 plumbers installed two days later. This is a great company; reliable, punctual, friendly, and reasonable (as reasonable as plumbers can be) in price. I recommend them unreservedly.

We had a major underground water leak. Our plumber, Darren Campainha, of Ed's Plumbing & Repair, recommended A+ Waterworks for the job. They (Nasser) listened to a description of our problem and got on it right away, finding the broken pipe, repairing it, then filling up the hole and applying an asphalt patch. Very clean work, and everyone I dealt with could not have been nicer. In addition, I appreciated that they kept me informed all the way through the project, answering any questions I had. They're the best! You should call them!
