They don't care to actually fix anything, they just want to waste your time coming to your house so they can charge your home warranty company. Strongly advise asking for a different contractor if they are assigned to your home.

I have no clue what everyone is talking about. This is my second time using A Water Solution, Inc. through American Home Shield and they were great!! I spoke with Erica on three separate occasions and she was incredibly kind and professional. Scott came to look at our issues and he was fantastic. He arrived on time, was very knowledgeable, and fixed our issue quickly and efficiently. I would use this company if I didn't have a home warranty. These negative reviews are unfortunate because it sounds more like people should be complaining about AHS and not this business. I highly recommend A Water Solution, Inc.!

American home shield used this company i had ask that a certain time would work for me .
Guy came out took pictures said its not covered semi fixed the other leak that he said was a problem.
And it isnt the problem he had a bad attitude could tell he didnt want to do any work .
Left 3 DAYS Later i get a call said we had to order parts and the service isnt covered so the charge would $100.00.
The guy was rude as hell and talked like one of my kids bent the pipe .
Explained we dont have children thats when the attitude got worse with this guy.
I will pay out of pocket before this company have asses any plumbing job at my house
I would give this company a zero if I could

A Water Solution Co. was sent to me through my American Home Shield. The plumber was quick and honest. He told me they won't honor my claim. I don't know if the job was to small for the company to submit to insurance but I seems like they are not a company that wants to help. Probably why the don't have BBB endorsement.

I had my water heater replaced a few years ago by the company, yesterday I had my a/c and furnace replaced(not by this company). I have a gas furnace, and gas water heater, the a/c repair guys showed me how this company did not put my exhaust for the water heater in to code, and they said they could pretty much put their finger through the joint they used. This could've gotten my entire family sick if my a/c hadn't failed this year. I would never recommend using this company, when I had the work done(through a homeowners warranty), I asked them for a reciept because there were about $300 that I had to pay out of pocket, and I was wondering what those charges were, never heard from them again, and they were very shady on the phone when I was asking about it.

A water solution was very rude. The technician sat in his van for 20-25 mins. While smoking a vape. He was very mean when I asked him a question about how to operate hoses if in case a leak would occur. He installed the wrong type of sink in my bathroom which didn't fit. He told me to do the job myself. I addressed the issue to American Home shield and they didn't do anything. American home shield didn't want to help me and refused to give me a refund. He didn't wear a mask in my home during covid-19 and didn't answer my question if he's vaccinated when my family member has a medical condition.

AHS assigned this company to look at a flooded bathroom (I did not know where the water is coming from) and someone and came looked at the bathroom from the door and said it is the basement issue. I called basement people (paid fees) and they said there is no issue with the basement. One month later the bathroom and the room next to it flooded and this time it was clear the shower drain is backed up. I called AHS, they assigned the same company. The person who texted me to schedule the service was rude to me. Then the technician showed up who banged on my door instead of ringing the bell and was rude. After spending a lot of time going back and forth from my home to his truck, finally said ""another technician with better equipment will come and unclog the drain"" and they will submit a diagnosis to the AHS. Since the first tech did not even look at the problem properly and this time they contacted me only after a week of work assignment and I had to call AHS multiple times for this, I was upset too and told them so. After 4 days no one contacted me and I called AHS and the agent said, the vendor is waiting for ""the time to submit a diagnosis"" to be up. After a week no one called and I called AHS again and the agent checked with the company and said: ""This company cannot do it because there is no accessible clean out"". So they purposefully delayed my work because I told them they were late to show up. I have had a drain backing up for 2 weeks because of these people!!!
Even more interesting is I called another company (not through AHS) and they came and fixed it within the hour. When I asked them about the accessible cleanout, they said ""we will find a way to access it if there is no cleanout, that is our job"".
That is the difference between a good company and a really bad company.
I hope this helps those who choose AHS and A water solutions for their service.

American Home Shield assigned them to take a look at my leaking faucet. Their technician Jesse showed up after 4 days, took some pictures and promised to submit them to AHS the same day to get approval to do the work. After 3 days of no action, I call up AHS to realize they haven't received anything from A Water solutions. After multiple attempts to contact them, I finally got through to Erika and she tells me they determined the leak was my fault, implying I was using force to spoil my own faucet so I can suffer from not being able to use it for over a week! Essentially they gave me a run around for not doing the work and I can't believe AHS has reassigned them to fix it. Considering the number of negative reviews and their continued negative attitude towards providing the services they are meant to provide, I am surprised they are still in business.

DON'T HIRE THIS COMPANY! The owner (Matt) came to my home today Feb.16, 2021 for a refrigerator leak from the utility room plastic pipe. He started cutting the plastic tubing BEFORE ever determining what the problem was and where the water leak was coming from. He offered no logical explanation and didn't know what he was doing. He is very sarcastic, rude and highly unprofessional. He has ZERO communication skills, poor customer service and even flip me the finger as he left my home! Who does that? He is lazy and takes the path of least resistance. I can't believe that American Home Shield who I paid almost $700 a year as my Home Maintenance vendor would ever hire some one with such poor manners! After he left I checked on Angie's List to see other reviews and Matt and his employees have received ""F Ratings!"" consistently. No surprise there. Do yourself a favor to avoid frustration and DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! The worst experience ever! Therefore I give them an ""F rating"" as well.

I was referred to A Water Solutions by AHS . Though they contacted me within a timely manner, the scheduling person named Erica was rude and unprofessional. When I asked to speak with a manager she responded and said ""I run everything"". She immediately advised me that the item I reported was not covered under warranty. I told her no problem and to please send a technician and that I would be willing to pay for it myself. She said ""oh, it's $300, you can pay for that"". After I insisted on speaking with an owner she hung up. DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING.
