I have an AHS home warranty. There was water coming down through my ceiling. Matt from a A Water Solutions came out this morning and tool a look. The issue was not a waterline issue, he took time to educate me about grouting and seeling that were incredibly helpful. Money well spent.

On March 24,2022 I placed a work order with American Home Shield for a leak with my garbage disposal and leaks with my pipe under my sink. The technician came in with an attitude. He replaced some pipes but did not address the issue with my garbage disposal leak which was also the main issue and the reason for the technician coming out. After he completed the work with I explained that the garbage disposal issue was not addressed. He told me that I didn't call about the garbage disposal the work order was for a leak under the kitchen sink with the pipes. I explained to him when I called American Home Shield I specifically explained that my garbage disposal had a leak. He was rude, and told me that American Home Shield does not call in the work order and I had to be the one to call it in. He explained that American Home has not called in orders or scheduled in over 25 years. The technician told me that I should have told the young lady Erica who called to schedule and set up the appointment time that it was a garbage disposal issue and that he does not have a garbage disposal on his truck. when I explained that American Home Shield set this up and wrote up the work order he said well check the recording! this man Matt who was the technician was extremely rude. I will never use them nor recommend them. Terrible customer!!!

If I could give less than 1 star I would. AHS sent this provider out he was here for less than 15 minute. He was more concerned with telling the builder was cheap and installed a number of things wrong or not as he would have. I called AHS back stating what a terrible experience that I had and they told me my items were not covered. when I asked why I told the person they sent out stated the expansion tank was not installed correctly because he would have used different bracket and it was not a a fixed to anything. The provider is dishonest because you can clearly see the bracket and the screws attached. Basically at this point I would agree with the other reviewers stating they are just collecting the fee with no true intentions of fixing anything. Shame on AHS for allowing this to go on. also I was to by AHS that this company has a AAA rating with them as a top provide. Well again I would have to disagree as I would assume a number of other victims of this scam would too.

Had an issue with my garbage disposal and a bathroom faucet blockage. AHS assigned them to me. Guy came and walked around for 5 min verified that the disposal was leaking from the bottom and then verified the blockage in the faucet due to buildup. During their response to ahs they mentioned the faucet had a leak and I had caused it. And they mentioned there were foreign objects in the disposal that caused the leak and both are not covered. He did not even look inside the sink. Scam of a company. If ahs assigns them to you request a different company

Matthew was nice. He came in the timeframe I was given. I had a leak coming from my bathtub to the kitchen. He showed me the problem and he fixed it within 15 minutes. I appreciate his professionalism and promptness! THANK U MATTHEW!

They don't care to actually fix anything, they just want to waste your time coming to your house so they can charge your home warranty company. Strongly advise asking for a different contractor if they are assigned to your home.

I have no clue what everyone is talking about. This is my second time using A Water Solution, Inc. through American Home Shield and they were great!! I spoke with Erica on three separate occasions and she was incredibly kind and professional. Scott came to look at our issues and he was fantastic. He arrived on time, was very knowledgeable, and fixed our issue quickly and efficiently. I would use this company if I didn't have a home warranty. These negative reviews are unfortunate because it sounds more like people should be complaining about AHS and not this business. I highly recommend A Water Solution, Inc.!

American home shield used this company i had ask that a certain time would work for me .
Guy came out took pictures said its not covered semi fixed the other leak that he said was a problem.
And it isnt the problem he had a bad attitude could tell he didnt want to do any work .
Left 3 DAYS Later i get a call said we had to order parts and the service isnt covered so the charge would $100.00.
The guy was rude as hell and talked like one of my kids bent the pipe .
Explained we dont have children thats when the attitude got worse with this guy.
I will pay out of pocket before this company have asses any plumbing job at my house

A Water Solution Co. was sent to me through my American Home Shield. The plumber was quick and honest. He told me they won't honor my claim. I don't know if the job was to small for the company to submit to insurance but I seems like they are not a company that wants to help. Probably why the don't have BBB endorsement.

I had my water heater replaced a few years ago by the company, yesterday I had my a/c and furnace replaced(not by this company). I have a gas furnace, and gas water heater, the a/c repair guys showed me how this company did not put my exhaust for the water heater in to code, and they said they could pretty much put their finger through the joint they used. This could've gotten my entire family sick if my a/c hadn't failed this year. I would never recommend using this company, when I had the work done(through a homeowners warranty), I asked them for a reciept because there were about $300 that I had to pay out of pocket, and I was wondering what those charges were, never heard from them again, and they were very shady on the phone when I was asking about it.
