I am writing this review six months after Steve did a complete re-pipe in our house and also installed a new water heater, so I have had plenty of time to form an opinion on his work. My family and I have enjoyed the results with no complaint at all - good water pressure, plenty of hot water, and ability to use both baths at once! He was friendly and responsive, and I could get him on the phone at any time during the few days the job took (from initial visit to final inspection/wrap-up). He kept me informed at every step so I felt very much in control of what was happening, and his team left the place clean each time. On the whole, it was one of the best service experiences I have had. I'll recommend him without hesitation!

Over the past week we have had a plumbing leak that has caused damage to our drywall and has been difficult to isolate. I called A&W Plumbing in the morning and Steve said he would be able to come out at the end of the day. Steve was running late and I was getting concerned, but he showed up later in the evening after a long day of work. He brought an imaging camera and we spent a fair bit of time trying to find the leak, as there were many possible areas of concern. Between the two of us we were able to finally find the culprit, a shower door with a leaking seal, and a very, very narrow gap in the corner of the wall that was draining the water into the wall as soon as it came out. Thankfully, no actual repair needed to be done other than recaulking, and because of these circumstances, his pricing was *extremely* generous (without going into specifics). I am very impressed with Steve's service and professionalism and I can recommend him 100 percent.

My Whirlpool hot water heater died, I searched Yelp & based on reviews, I decided on A & W Plumbing. I spoke with Steve and the next day a new hot water heater was up and running. That corner in my garage looks good, he put new clean lines, he did a great job!! For his fast and professional service, A & W deserves more than 5 stars!! I have used A&W a few times and have always received excellent service. They respond very quickly, they survey the situation and explain what needs to be done that is very easy to grasp. I like how they give you the choice between a quick fix repair or the long term solution. I had to have half my house repiped and they even hauled away all the old pipe and garbage. I will use them again and recommend them to anyone that need a plumber.

Steve and his partner were very professional fast and courteous I would never use another plumbing company ever again. I was quoted half what 10 other companies quoted me to replace my sewer line. Now after the job completion price doesn't matter to me as much because I know these guys are true professionals willing to go the extra mile to get the job done right the first time

My outside sewer line was backed up with what turned out tree roots from street side trees. Steve was able to pullout the roots that were blocking the lines way out of my property sewer hole. He ran the snake three times to make sure I am all clear.
