CALL THEM! If you need plumbing or heating help these are the people you want! Not only are they incredibly kind and caring, they helped same day once and first thing the next morning the second time I needed them (old house, worn out pipes). I was especially impressed with the pricing. Less than I expected before calling and exactly what they quoted. Joey and Kyle are sweethearts and Kaitlyn (sp?) in the office is a dear! If I could give them 100 stars I would! Super impressive and my only plumber!!!

Needed new hot water heater. While they were here. We had showers and faucets replaced also new style faucet in kitchen sink. Worker was on time efficient got a lot done in 1 day. It's been 2 months all is good. We are retired and needed this done. It was pricey. From past experience. We learned the hard way. You get what you pay for. So worth it. Very pleased. All new faucets and hot water heater. Delta faucets. All new and could not tell they had been here. Completely cleaned up everything. Highly recommend

If you don't buy their over-priced products they will charge you extra for the job. We were given a quote for a new gas water heater (nearly 3 x the price at local home improvement store for same brand and lifespan ) but were told in order to bring it up to code it would need to re-vented through the roof (extra $1300). We were also given a price for an electric water heater (again nearly 3 times the price) and told we'd need to get the house re-wired for it. At the time of the $75 estimate I told the representative that we'd likely buy the heater elsewhere. For either gas or electric the ""difficult installation price"" was listed as $306. I called an electrician and had the house re-wired. When I called A&W to set up the installation, and told them I was buying the heater myself, I was suddenly told that it would cost an additional $400 to cap off the gas and the old vent! This was not on the invoice. The rep texted ""I forgot to write that one on the paper.""
When I told our gas company that A&W wanted $400 to cap the line and vent they said that it was a ridiculous charge. A& W only want your business if you buy their units. I would not do business with A&W again :(

Overpriced and Ill-informed
These folks are overpriced and could never correctly fix my hot water heater pilot from going out. They came out numerous times and ultimately told me that my 5 year old hot water heater needed to be replaced and that ""hot water heaters only last about that long"". That's just untrue. I eventually wizened up and went with another plumbing company that actually corrected the issue for less than A & W charged for a ""cleaning"".

The plumber replaced a copper pipe Tee in a crawlspace. It took around an hour and a half and with the discounted price it cost over $400.

Very happy with A&W! We just had a new 40 gallon water heater installed yesterday. Customer service was great & the job was done fast and efficiently. Would definitely recommend this business to anyone in need of plumbing or heating services. Our technician, Casey, was knowledgable, polite & professional. We had no issues with getting quick appointments.

They were very professional and courteous. They put in our dishwasher (which ended up being quite a pain to do) and the plumber put in a lot of extra work to make sure it was done properly. I would recommend this company to anyone. I only wish they worked on septic systems.
