Lesson #1 in potty training your grand daughter: DO NIOT LEAVE HER ALONE ON THE POTTY FOR 2 SECONDS. The bight side is I called A.W. Kelley Sewer and Mark came out first thing this morning and unclogged the roll of toilet paper that was stuck in the toilet. Mark was very personable, quick and clean and the rate was reasonable and within the range of what was quoted over the phone. I am happy with the customer care that was provided from the call requesting service to the unclogging of the toilet. Thank you Mark.

We had a clog in our sewer, which made everything back up into the baths-toilets and sinks. I tried to clean it on my own and made no progress with the rooter I owned. I called Anthony and he had Mark out to our home the same afternoon. Mark was just as awesome as Anthony was when we had him out to our home a few years ago. Besides a great attitude, he was very good and efficient at his job. Not only did he clear the drain for a great price, he also put a camera down the line and showed me the issue with the line. We have dealt with this company twice, and they will be our go to plumbers from now on.

I was looking for a company that could install an IGuardStove controller for my mother's gas stove. iGuardstove is a computer-controlled device that automatically shuts off a stove that is left unattended for more than a few minutes. This special device is often used as a safety feature for persons with mental health disabilities -- my mother has Alzheimer's. To install the iGuardStove controller, I needed the installation of a gas valve by a gas plumber. So I called 4 top-rated plumbing repair companies, asking them if they could install the device, and three of them turned me down politely because they did not want to install something with which they had no experience. A few years ago they came out and helped us with a plumbing issue and we were really happy! We haven't needed another plumber since *knock on wood* But i'm always recommending them!

It's family owned and the owner was a really nice down to earth guy. We got to chatting about his kids and he gave us advice on maintaining some things.

Great company !! The owner ( Anthony) calls you directly sets everything up . He personally inspected my home and today took care of backed up pipes at my rental. His employee Scott called me they were early to my rental and they are fast and do better work than all other companies I have hired for plumbing over the years.
