We had a back up of our plumbing into showers and tubs while family was visiting on Sunday. I looked for a Roseville plumber that afernoon and found A. W. Kelley. The woman who answered said they could come right away but it would cost more than if I waited until Monday. We decided we could wait. Mr. Kelley, the owner of the company, arrived on Monday before noon. He diagnosed and fixed the problem ( root clean out) in less than an hour and answered many plumbing questions we had for him. Friendly, professional and very knowledgeable at a reasonable price. We highly recommend this company. They are on our list of call backs for sure!

I called to set up an estimate on Friday. I was told that they would be at my house in 15 minutes. I was really surprised. I told my husband to wait there for the plumber because he was on his way. 45 minutes later I received a call from the lady saying that the technician she was going to send out does not know how to give an estimate so she will send the owner out at 8:00 am the following morning. I said that would be fine. The next morning we waited for the plumber until 11:00 am. I called and called to see what was going on and no answer. Finally around noon, the lady called me back apologizing. She said it was her fault because she forgot to put it in the calendar. She ensured me that the plumber would be out at 2:30pm. He did come and we were happy. Anthony gave us an estimate and we scheduled for him to come the next day to do the job at 3:30pm. The next morning he called me to tell me he would not be there until 4:30pm. I said that would be fine. At 6:00 pm still no call and no plumber. At this point we were tired of waiting and we were upset that he did not even have the decency of telling us he would be late or just reschedule. We also have things to do and we made sure each time that we would be home as we had scheduled. Just really inconsiderate and unprofessional. I let it go twice but 3 times youre out. They must be doing really well. So well that they did not need my money or my business.

Anthony Kelly was really great!! He took my call right away, and came by a few hours later to clear the drain from my kitchen sink and laundry. He was fast, knew exactly what to do, and cleaned everything up when he was finished. I am so glad to find a reliable plumber who I can trust!

Unfortunately, I recently had a hot water leak under my bathroom slab. Called a few companies at night and was surprised to have the owner answer the call at about 8PM. He was able to schedule an appointment for a leak detection the following day. I paid $275 for leak detection., and with that, I got confirmation that there was a leak under the slab and was given a quote to repair the problem. The following couple of days I made a few calls to other companies for additional quotes and was told that they needed a written report of the leak detection along markers of where the leak was. Unfortunately, I did not get that from this company when the leak detection was completed. I did call him back and he did make line with tape in the area where he heard the leak. I ended up going with another company who gave me a lower estimate and thankfully after a few other hurdles the problem was corrected for $500 less. I will say that the service with A.W. Kelley was fast and always courteous. He answered my calls and came back once when the plumber who was fixing the leak could not find it (that is another story). I am rating 3 stars because the price to fix was a bit higher than two other companies that gave me a quote to repair and because I think the customer should get a detailed report and markers when paying $275 for leak detection at the time of service.

GREAT WORK! FAIR PRICES!
We woke up to water backing up in the showers and clogged toilets. Guys came out and had the problem fixed (flush wipes) in under an hour. No upsell or surprise charges. Very courteous and professional. I'd recommend these guys to anyone. They're the best!
