Filed a service request through my home warranty program and they assigned this company to come assess the situation and handle the repair, well this water heater company sent a younger kid over who ended up on the phone with his boss the whole time asking questions about my water heater... saying he doesn't like to work on an electric water heaters, not experienced at all. Short story, they said my water leak was not my water heater but told me I had a major plumbing leak underneath the water heater and that they do not handle that. So I paid my service fee for nothing and he left my house with no repair done. I then file a new service request through my home warranty program and assign a new service provider to come look at my leaking water heater, very professional & experienced company this time, and sure enough that (water heater) is the problem. Maybe I just got an inexperienced person on my initial call, but in my opinion I would not recommend doing business with AV Water Heaters.
