I used this service as of 12/11/2020 I just had this service move a sofa bed from my garage to my basement, I knew it would be alittle bit of project getting it downstair and expected some minor scrapes along the walls, but the 2 guys that showed up did alot of scrapes along the walls, on the sofa couch, and instead of unscrewing the basement stair railing they left it on and tore the bottom part of the railing out with the couch. Thats not even the worst of it the charge they said from the beginning would be 75.00 after they left to lowes to get a new anchor/screw for the railing and got putty to the screw area that they ripped out they charged me a total of 226.00 saying for the extra work that they did for the railing and cost for the putty that they said was over 20+ dollars. They didn't even tell me that they were charging more, the whole time when they arrived noone even introduced theirselves. The service was very unprofessional and I feel I was greatly taken advantage of from the damage that they caused, and they expected me to pay for their lack of judgement on the railings. I would look elsewhere this was a total scam on pricing. I have other projects that will need to be done but not this unprofessional bunch.
