Terrible!!!! Came to my house three times to fix a simple leak on a bathroom sink drain. Never even got tools out of the truck. Kept saying they needed to order parts. After the third visit they said they were not going to fix it. what a waste of our time.

I called for service and within an hour or so the technician arrived. Joey, the tech, was able to diagnose the problem with ease and gave me several options to fix my two different issues. He was polite and knowledgeable. I will definitely use their services again.

USER BEWARE!!! This company is a complete scam filled with techs that get paid on commission. I called a few weeks back because I heard a pipe leaking and detected my leak indicator on my meter spinning. I determined there was a leak and what line it was coming from and called A to Z to fix it. They sent a guy over and charged a $90 fee to assess the issue. Ok, I figured that's fine. They'll pinpoint where the leak is and move forward with the job. NOPE. First of all he gets here and starts pitching me on water filtration systems and installing one of those on each of my lines...... must have had a quota on them that month. So basically I paid $90 for a guy to come out and tell me I had a leak.... NO ****! That's why I called! But it doesn't end there. This guy told me he knew what the problem was and there was a leaking pipe under my slab. The only way to fix it was to dig out the side of my house and tunnel under it to replace the piping. Told me it was going to be a $7000-$10000 job.... Following that debacle the guy tells me it's going to be another $499 fee to bring out the leak detection equipment and pinpoint the leak. WHAT?! Do you guys want the job or no? Three days go by of this tech telling me he was going to come assess the situation more. Three days of the appointment time passing and him telling me he had another job he was stuck on.... Finally I told them to forget it. Called one of the plumbers a coworker knows and he came over, opened up two walls with small openings, sleeved the line, boom $500 job compared to their $10,000 quote. Don't trust these people, they get paid solely on the size of their job. This guy had a crew and machines ready to come to my house and rip me off royally. Unethical, sleezy way of doing business. Stay far far away!

Would not hire them or recommend them to anybody! Called them to get an estimate, they said they would waive their usual $90 fee. When the guy came he didn't give me an estimate for the work to be done and he said that the $90 fee was now required. told him several times that the fee had been waived on the phone but he didn't want to leave. I didn't want to argue so I paid...still haven't gotten that estimate...

Jonathan and Trevor spent all day at our home replacing a 50 + year old main drain line. They are very professional and knowledgeable about their job.
