Excellent service. I received a response to my request for a quote promptly and made an appointment after that for the same day. Bonnie even called me back 15 minutes after I made the appointment to see if I wanted to have a plumber come out right then due to a cancellation (of course, the answer was yes). Omar was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable - both fixing the pipe leak I had to my water heater and educating me on the type of pipe it was and how it is often repaired. I would use this company again.

Wanted to run a line from my water supply in my kitchen to the refrigerator so that I can use my ice machine and filtered water. Also wanted to replace the old sink with a new one (same size.). Had A to Z come out and give me a quote. It took about an hour for the plumber to give me the quote. He kept going to his truck and calling and writing numbers and looking at an iPad. After I finally made a point that it's taking way too long, I got a quote for the work to be about $850. I don't k ow how they came up with that number. After calling a friend, he recommended a plumber he knew. Same out to my place and did all the work in about 2 hours. Also fixed a leak in my bathroom All for $350. I am sure these guys do good work as they have good reviews. But this job was something very simple and to get prices out of a book that are way too high, you will lose customers as well as trust. Wouldn't recommend...

Updated from 5 to 1 star after they charged $1k for one (cheap) toulet w installation then recommended another replacement for other bath after numerous visits. Had another plumbing company fix for $150. Hack.

I'm pretty much a mister fix it myself.From doing drywall to installing sinks and toilets to flooring.I can pretty much do it all. Ran into a problem on a saturday. Didnt have the proper tool to take care of the issue plus my fiancee wouldnt let me go and just buy the tool. She made a mistake and put something down the disposal she should not have done. Tried to unclog myself but ultimately needed an electrical snake. She insisted on getting a plumber and didnt want me working. She took it upon herself to call. Rafael Amador came to her rescue. Very down to earth polite friendly guy. Respectful of my house even put paper booties on. Took care of the sink clog that ended up being about five to six feet down the line. My fiancee is upset she put what she did down the line.Being a saturday I expected to pay for an emergency call which we did b it t that's life. These guys are incredible. I had a cracked pipe outside near my water main the day before an inspection on my house. They responded earlier than originally quoted and were able to fix the crack without a major repair. The pricing was more than reasonable considering I needed service right away and the staff was great to work with. I highly recommend them.

Terrible!!!! Came to my house three times to fix a simple leak on a bathroom sink drain. Never even got tools out of the truck. Kept saying they needed to order parts. After the third visit they said they were not going to fix it. what a waste of our time.
