If only I had checked the reviews, I would have $313 more to spend toward a new toilet. I agree with Wendell B, Scott E. and Kenneth F... pathetic joke, crook or at least the owner, Zack is the biggest scam artist besides the owner of OUT WAYNE LANDSCAPING SERVICES who was equally pathetic. What has happened to the work industry? Maybe it is a generational curse (30s TO MID 40s) but I have text messages from Zack at A-Z plumbing that he would send his guy back and he gave me a price if they had messed up and a price if I needed a new toilet. I was very nice but after two months of not hearing back, I'm speaking out. DO NOT UTILIZE A - Z Plumbing. His employees were very kind but HE, ZACK, did not share with the first guy that stopped by the problems I was having. I waited over four hours for someone to come by. Check reviews and make calls before you hire a company like A-Z Plumbing to do any type of work.

We had new plex plumbing put in and bathroom remodel. This company is a pathetic joke. You better get everything in writing in the bathroom remodel our bathroom had trim at the top of walls, they didnt put new up said there was none on there to begin with there was. We called said it would be extra 400.
They also pulled into our yard got stuck up spun mud all over front if our home, mad big ruts in are yard. We had several things taken from our home a new kobalt ladder and some tools.
Broke a bedroom window didnt wven tell us about it.
The shower head they put up i guess they broke it glued it together guess what first shower it leaked.
So unprofessional if ypu have problems after you use them, they will not return your calls. Run dont walk away from them they are crooks.

We own rental properties and A to Z was able to help out us in a very reasonable time frame. They gave us a fair price and made sure everything was in working order before they left. They provided before and after pictures which helped us to understand the issues thoroughly. Whenever we needed an update they were quick to respond.

I requested this company do a gas line replacement job on a rental property. They were on Angi and at first appeared responsive. They gave a quick estimate and appeared to give a good price. I asked for a contract to be written up both so I could have something for my records and so I could show my tenant I was working to correct the problem. After three days I did not receive the contract and ultimately had to find someone else I could depend on to do the job. When I contacted the company to inform them of this the representative was hostile and told me ""to be a man"" and implied I was a liar. This was my first time dealing with this company and will be my last.

The owner, Zach, is a crook!!! I called for service yesterday, Friday, and was told they would be out around 4 to fix a dripping sink. At 4:30, I got a text saying there was a delay and they could either be out after 6pm or between 12 and 12:30 today, Saturday. Being a non emergency issue, I explained to Zach either would be fine since the sink was dripping once every thirty seconds. Today came and I received a call at 2:58 saying he was on the way. Didn't complain about the three hours late. Guy got here and ""didn't have the part on his truck"", even though it was a very common part that was leaking (the coupler that fixes onto the brass pipe with threads). He goes to Home Depot and returns. Fixes the issue in 20 minutes. I get a bill for $364. FOR 20 MINUTES.
$300 for labor. I call Zach and ask the hourly rate. He tells me on weekdays it's $100/hour and weekends it's $150/hour. I was charged two hours at $150/h for 20 minutes of work. Even though my original appointment was on Friday and should have been billed at $100/hour. On the phone Zach even accepted blame for not showing up yesterday but still would charge me at the weekday rate. An absolute CROOK and shouldn't be in business!! I just want to let everyone know how this owner does business so nobody else gets taken advantage of.

Side note, the technician was very nice and efficient. That is the only reason this business is getting more than one star.

They were responsive and prompt. Just a warning..if you talk to them get EVERYTHING in writing even a detailed scope of work. If not you will get burnt. Cost me an extra $1300 above the estimate because the owner that gave price was not the one taking the pictures and telling him over the phone. You could perfectly tell how the job would be by the pics. He just messed up and came back wanting more.
