Started the morning by discovering that our water heater was leaking. Called and received a call back within about 30 minutes. We thought that Joe would just come out and assess the situation but instead, he replaced our old and faulty water heater within a couple hours. We have an old house that has ""interesting"" plumbing, etc. set ups, but Joe wasn't fazed at all, he just took care of our problem. We now have hot water and no more water on the floor. Thanks Joe and A-Z Plumbing!

I called A to Z to get someone out because our reverse osmosis system was leaking water out the air gap. Curtis called and made some suggestions, and one of them resolved the problem completely. The system's working fine now. And my wife and I are fans.

What a great company. I had a leak behind my fridge, they called me back within an hour, came by within a few days (my waterline was shut off .. whew) and took care of my issue so quickly. I will definitely use them again! Thanks guys

Aaron came out and worked on replacing broken pipes and replaced a faucet while he was in there so we didn't have to figure it out later. Great attitude and very polite. Very happy with his service!

Yay he called me back!! That's a major accomplishment considering most plumbers do not. He tried to tell me what I needed to do before understanding that I just needed a reroute to an existing line but what he told me was completely accurate had I not had another sewer line.
He agreed to come out and give me an estimate but let me know it's $120 an hour to give me an estimate. I can't afford to pay someone to come tell me how much it's going to cost to do a repair. That's like paying $120 an hour to go shopping at a store. So he may do great work but I don't have $120 to give him so I know how much a bid is for a repair.

Dustin came to put in new water heater. Also had him fix my shower head. He is very knowledgeable, conscientious, skilled, and was a kind & polite young man. Prices were very reasonable and he gave me different options so I could pick what was best in my mind. Highly recommend and definitely I will use him again!

We found them via Google and gave them a call. The phone service was professional and friendly. We were given an appointment a couple of days out given the non emergency status of our job.

Joe called and arrived an hour earlier than scheduled. He was fast and thorough. We asked him about having him do other plumbing issues down the road...he was helpful and knowledgeable, giving us a range of pricing.

Our toilet works like brand new. The price was very fair and included a senior discount.

We highly recommend A-Z Plumbing and Joe specifically.

I called on Thursday for non-emergency repairs. Dustin arrived on schedule Monday morning. He replaced one hose bib and two under-sink shutoff valves. Even though he had to make a trip to pick up the correct size hose bib, he did all three repairs within the one-hour service minimum.

He even put cloth booties over his shoes each time he came in the house.

I couldn't be more pleased.

Curtis was able to fix our hot water heater the very next day after we called A-Z Plumbing. He was on time, worked quickly, and as a bonus, ended up improving the performance of our shower (beyond the hot water issue), which we had previously assumed couldn't be improved. He did all this in a short amount of time, and at a very fair price. Highly recommend!

Curtis solved our problem over the phone from North Bend, and he might have had his eyes closed and his hands tied behind his back, too. Boom, he knew what to do, told us, and we did it. Why call anyone else, especially since so few of them will even call you back?
