Our main shut off broke and no water. Said they would come Wednesday, then said definitely Thursday, on Friday I rang and they said they would contact another plumber. Still no plumber. still no response, call back, or anything on Tuesday.

If I could give no star I would.
My home warranty company employed A to Z plumbing to replace our garbage disposal. They never called to make an appointment. I called my warranty company and they set a day and time with A to Z. I took off work, and they never showed up or called me.
This happened two days in a row. I had to call them and when I could actually get a person to answer she said to find a different plumber.
Customer service is awful. Employ someone else.

My experience with A to Z has been terrible. The floor drains are essentially useless. The drains were not set per instructions from the concrete contractor. When I received my invoice I had sticker shock. The invoice was almost double the quote. I meet with the plumber and he agreed the invoice was not correct. We agreed on a thousand dollar less figure. I have paid all that we agreed to, but now I am being hit up for more money. Don't use A to Z. I'm not the first one to have pricing issues.
