Came very fast and did the job but on the phone I was told $140 an hour. The job took half an hour and I was charged $210...they didn't tell me I had to also pay 70 an hour for his helper. So for a half hour job I paid 400 per hour to replace a $15 part.

This company is a joke over priced made a mess broke my drain line the guy had the nerve to tell me that he had $150 in parts lol for a boot and a pvc 90 lol

Felt I needed to write a review as saw the previous negative one, and I had the totally opposite experience. I called them when my toilet broke down just before the long Holiday weekend. They were booked and out East, but Vicky texted Rob to see if he could come by if not too late. Thursday did not work, but Good Friday at 6 pm, Rob came by. After an hour, and new parts put in, water line checked, it was working. He was even nice enough to check another to make sure that one did not have the same problem. So Rob, on Good Friday, when it would have been nice for him to start his holiday, felt I was more important. Thank you A to Z for caring and allowing me to have a wonderful Easter. Would recommend them big time!!!!

This crew of losers doesnt know if it wants to be Pipe Fitters to the Hamptons Stars or your local joint-sweating plumber. I waited weeks for the owner to call me back to give me an estimate for a leaky pipe under a tub. When he finally showed at 7 pm he wound up staying around for two hours trying to scope out the problem. He sent a crew weeks later who left my bathroom in ruins--holes in walls, tiles ripped up, a real hatchet job. When I redesigned the room I wanted them to redo all the plumbing. The owner promised to scope the job and provide an estimate--but months of calls and promises proved futile. He wasted six months of my time with empty promises and never showed. Worst plumber I've ever used. A to Z gets an F.
