Brian showed up at my house with a laundry-list of problems to fix. He had to change the main house shut off valve, encrusted laundry valves, sink faucet replacement and more. He went above and beyond, made great suggestions, fixed other things that weren't working well or about to break down ... and he was quick (they get paid by the hour and he wasn't dogging it).

I had A to Z come to snake my bathroom drains it went ok at first and then the plumber that was doing it put a hole through my living room wall. It just got worse from there, he told me that the pop up drain piece broke and he had to replace it he did and then told me that it was the wrong one and that he would have to go and get a shorter one, i asked him why he didnt measure it before he put it in and he saud most of them wetr standard, at this point my bill was $280.00 he prceeded to tell me that he would ha e to charge me another $125.00 for a grand total of $ 405.00 i told him i wasnt going to pay that becayse it was his miatake he talked to a crew leader and said he woul wauve the extra money. My problem is this even after i talked to the owner about the hole in my wall and asked it to be fixed he did nothing. Hexset me up with a bogus contactor who made a fake fb page with fake numbers and then the contractor took oit down a few dats later. I had to file a complaint with the BBB as of yet it hasnt been rectified. Please beware of this company they are not professional and do not take respinsibility for their mistakes. I will not recommend them to anyone and i will not use them again.

$535 just to snake a drain. They charge $250 dollars an hour labor. I won't use them again and this is a warning to anyone to please shop around before calling this place because these prices are crazy.

As a Real Estate Agent it is important to me that my recommendation comes from a highly referable experience. An experience worthy to those I care about. I used A to Z plumbing when a garbage disposal went out under the kitchen sink in my rental and I was unable to get there in time to prevent additional damage under the sink. I placed a call to numerous plumbers and had the same response... not sure we can get there quickly so they wanted to make appointments 2-3 weeks out. (I did have time to buy a new disposal from Home Depot and drop off at rental).
A to Z understood my situation and had one of there guys available the same day and they were done within an hour at what I thought was a very reasonable rate. In my opinion, the others did not see high dollars so they decided that my job was not worth sending a plumber.
This is a family business and they treated me like I was part of their family. I would highly recommend their services.

Trevor came by to help fix our toilet that wasn't flushing right. He was knowledgeable and quick to help us. Turns out it was a non-emergency but he was very personable and professional. We would recommend him and a-z for plumbing needs. Thanks Trevor!

Called December 26th with what looked to be leak under my sink. The technician arrived on time after explaining to him that it looked like it was my faucet leaking. He looked at the faucet went out to his truck got a tool tightened the hose and was in and out. Today I received a bill for $123. That figures out to be $41 per minute. Needless to say I will not recommend nor will I use this company again. I don't normally write reviews hopefully this will stop someone else from being taken advantage of.

I agree with all of the positive comments. They seemed a bit on the pricy side though. $1,600 for a new water heater. Easy access and house up to code. Most people I have spoken with payed about $1000. But what do you do with a family of 5 and no hot water. They were fast, friendly and did great work. Very professional.

I had a kitchen sink leaking at a condo I am renting out. They came out the same day and fixed the problem at a fair price. The front office lady was very nice to speak with, and the workers who came out were also nice. Overall a painless, easy experience and job well done. I will definitely use A to Z in the future for any plumbing needs/issues we have at our properties.
