We had to work with this company because of our insurance. They found a leak in our house but made us wait a week with no water before they would fix it. The repairman showed up an hour late. Fifteen minutes after the leak was fixed, he claimed there was another. By making two claims instead of one, we would be forced to pay the deductible twice. He refused to acknowledge that he should have found the other leak and fixed it on the same visit. Now we are beginning our second week with no water. When he finally came back, he said he was mistaken about the second leak and we didn't need to have the water off for the weekend after all.

So far so good. Notice some bulging baseboards then ripples on the wall. Found these guys after a quick search. Spoke to Brandon ( I believe the boss) and explained my situation. Kenny came out probably within thirty minutes of the call. He politely called ahead and said he was on his way. Kenny did a quick assessment, set up the area with protective plastic, etc, and went to work. The leak was difficult to reach initially but Kenny was able to find it. After shutting off the water, he repaired the pipe and explained what was wrong. This is a typical problem in Talega unfortunately. Will still need some water restoration to fix swollen walls but the crux of the problem is fixed. Reasonably priced and you can use the credit card right at your home. Kenny was great. Super friendly, worked efficiently but carefully and cleaned up any mess left behind. Would recommend and HOPEFULLY do not have to use them again but if so, I would definitely call again.

Wet spots kept appearing on the carpet at my moms house, her handyman told her she had a slab leak and needed a full service restoration company. I got on yelp and A to Z was the first company to answer after hours around 730pm. They sent out 2 guys the next morning and they kept me updated on their findings while I was at work and they emailed me photos which was great! My mom is older lady so I'm always cautious when she wants/needs something done to her house. They found the leak, did the dry out and repiped the copper lines. Overall I was very pleased with their customer service and work performed!

1. The service technician was very unreliable as far as report times for scheduled work.
2. Exhorbatant prices for minimal repairs.
3. Lack of emphasis towards prioritizing my repair work.
4. Not showing up on the scheduled date and time to perform the work.
5. Failure to call to see if the repairs have been made. Etc.

This is a great company for complex plumbing needs. They have detected and fix two house drain pipes issues, one at a rental (years ago) and one at my primary residence. Our most recent experience was with Kenny. He came out and provided a written estimate quickly. The scheduling department and customer service is friendly and personable (something you don't usually find with plumbing and appliance repair admin staff).

I received a text prior to the tech arriving and he arrived promptly both for the estimate and for the work. One the day of the repair, our plumber fixed a shower drain that was cracked and blown out. He had to chip into the slab and was able to do without damaging the copper water supply lines. After repairing the obvious repair, he had us test all the water sources from the upper floor. As it turns out, the other drain pipes and black water line were leaking (small and pretty undetectable but present and leaking just the same) and had cracks. The work essentially doubled and the our plumber went out for the additional materials and completed everything the same day. He was focused, efficient and about month later everything is ""flowing"" properly.

We had leak in our master bedroom walk-in closet. I called AtoZ leak detection and Kenny was assigned to come and find the leak. After checking the whole house he pin pointed the leak under the slab in the walk-in closet. He gave me an estimate to RE-route the water line which went to our laundry room. His estimate was reasonable and I gave him the business to reroute the water pipe. Kenny with the help of his coworker Diego completed the reroute in less than 6 hrs. He cleaned up after the job was completed. I highly recommend Kenny and will use him in the future for any plumbing job. Thank you Kenny for good job at our house.

A to Z was absolutely phenomenal to us with our extensive water damage. At 6am on a Saturday after we woke up to flooded rooms and bathroom we had to call another plumber to come stop the leak. Their plumbing work was fine, but they were expensive and we felt like they were trying to squeeze as much money out of us as possible, especially since this was considered a ""black water"" leak. On Sunday we called A to Z and they had Kenny out there the next morning. We had a quote in hand by end of day that was 25% less than the estimate provided by the other company and they began remediation the following day. We really felt like we were given fast and exceptional service at an honest price.
