Since 5/5 is the highest rating allowed, let me explain why that still doesn't do Bill and his team justice. Bill is honest, professional, fair, kind, and will expertly guide your vision as much or as little as you'd like.

What sets him apart even further is how personally invested he becomes. You'll quickly realize that he cares at least as much about your project as you do. He took the time to understand my schedule, got to know my family, and was always happy to share a conversation. If there's any downside to having worked with Bill, it's that now that the project is finished, I'll miss sharing meals and conversations with this gem of a person.

I recently had some major renovations done to my property. Bill and his crew were the most honest and professional contractors I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. The quality of their workmanship on our remodeled kitchen and their masonry work on our steps were outstanding! I would highly recommend them to anyone who need renovations or repairs done on their house. Several years back, they also repaired a badly damaged sewage pipe that had cracked on our almost 100 year old house. Thanks Bill!

Hired this company to add an addition to my home and unfortunately the experience was not positive. I have had to hire additional help, add considerable cost, to not only correct my pick-list items that were never addressed, but they have also brought concerns to my attention. For example: I have had to hire someone to correct door and hardware installation issues, address areas where interior and exterior painting was not completed, wiring issues, clean-up debris left in the yard, address HVAC issues etc. Sorry to say this was not a pleasant experience.
