A Mr Hasse (Michael) From HASSE and [email protected] came to my house today in Morgantown, West Virginia and did me a wonderful favor. His son, and he both worked very well together and they literally put a queen size bed together from scratch and exchanged mattresses.
I am 74 years old and very disabled and could hardly get out of my bed so he fixed my other bed perfectly and I was thrilled because someone else had told me just to throw it away. He also fixed a drawer in a bedside table and the lid on my commode. His price was very, very fair and he was so kind and worked so hard and was so nice.
I would recommend this gentleman and his son for any plumbing or carpentry need! Thank God there are still people like this!

We hired A to Z to do a bit of drywall work around newly installed windows & skylights. A to Z were great to work with from start to finish. They're very proactive in communicating with the customer, and when I reached out to them with questions during the work I had a response in minutes. Price was competitive too. I'm happy with the work that was done and will absolutely work with them again.

I have had AtoZ in for several jobs, including a ""catio"" and some climbing shelves in said catio for my spoiled feline roommate. They were enthusiastic and responsive from the start, creative and efficient in doing the jobs, and forthright about what everything would entail. I would recommend them for any services you need, whether run-of-the-mill or more unusual.

I needed to have work completed for a laundry room and the kitchen and A-to-Z family business were able to complete everything that was required and the items that they were not able to do they recommended other companies to do it for me. The laundry room was installed by them cabinets, electrical work, and in the kitchen. All electrical work was performed including outlets and switches plus lighting and a new dedicated line for the dishwasher. They also demoed the backsplash so that it could be tiled by another company. All their employees were excellent workers, communication was excellent and everything was done on time. The cost of all this work I felt was reasonable for what was performed. I would definitely hire them again when needed.

I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy. They are frauds. Scam artists not qualified to do the type of work that they are offering and the price they are charging.

Issue number one was with the scheduling. Upon signing the contract, they gave us a schedule with a start date and installation date. We adjusted our schedules and planned with the countertop company accordingly for install. On the start date, they proceeded to take another deposit, and then told us the install was going to be delayed a week. The secretary was an extremely poor communicator and we already felt scammed that they were taking more money, pushing back the job and not communicating well. Completely and utterly unprofessional.

The day of the install, one guy was sent, who was clearly overworked, and spent nearly 12 hours at our house. It was a also very clear it was not an option or planned to come back the next day. He was clearly rushed and made a lot of mistakes.

We paid $4900 for a simple built in desk that consisted of two stock cabinets and two custom built drawers. We asked if they could paint it, to which they said yes, so we had them paint it and put the drawer pulls on.

Please enjoy the photos of what $4900 gets you with this company. Absolutely horrendous. Crooked handles, sloppy, uneven woodwork and an atrocious paint job.

After voicing how unhappy we were, we asked that the owner Derek come back out to assess the situation and provide a solution. He said it would take 4 to 5 hours, but that they would be able to fix it. Now, my husband and I are no construction or project managers, but there's no way that you can patch holes, sand, fix all of the issues and repaint properly in 4-5 hours. Low and behold, it ended up taking another 7 hours, and it still wasn't done properly. This only goes to the prove the incompetence and lack of understanding of what really goes into a job.

At this point, they forgot to run our final payment, so we kindly asked them to not run the final payment, until the work was fixed and completed. They said they hadn't run the deposit in good faith, but then decided to charge it anyway against our request, full well knowing the crappy product they delivered and how unsatisfied we were. Truthfully, it was an excuse and their secretary clearly forgot to run the charge, but at this point, they are just doing poor business and adding fuel to the fire.

So anyway, when they sent the same guy out to address the issues, he fixed the crooked handles and Drawers, but left some uneven pieces and put the drawer handles way too high to overcompensate for their mistake, without asking if that's how we wanted it. He attempted to repaint, and unfortunately, the entire piece is absolutely ruined and we paid $4900 for an eyesore that may be unsalvageable. It is to the point where we need to hire someone else to fix their work or rip it put, because they are incapable of doing is correctly or fixing it.

We are extremely dissatisfied and left with a headache and more money out of pocket to fix this problem. After voicing are concerns a 2nd time and sending the pictures, The owners response was that he as in and out of appointments all day but would be happy that chat. I'm sorry, as the owner, you should be embarrassed of this work, apologetic and make it a priority to address the situation. Sadly, we haven't received that type of response from him and clearly won't. The lack of customer service is unacceptable for the work produced and the money paid.

Avoid this company at all costs!!!!!!
