We had a developing emergency recently and called early in the morning. Geoff was at our house at 9am to assess and fix the issue. This could have been a disaster. A to Z is now the only people we will call. Everything was nicely cleaned when he left. This is the level of service that everyone should strive for.

Overpriced!!! over $600 to put sealant on one pipe fitting or given the ""option"" to buy a shield warranty coupon book and still pay over $400 to put sealant on a single fitting. Not Satisfied !!!

Had to get a gas line run for our gas range, Jacob and Joe came out and were wonderful! They explained everything that needed to be done and the why's behind it. Their customer service was amazing and they cleaned up after themselves before they left. I would absolutely recommend A to Z for their plumbing services.

Highly disappointed in this company. I hired them fir 3 jobs and they botched all of them. I hired them to fix my dripping faucet in my bathtub, tgey ended up breaking pieces and made it a two day job and then charged me extra for their mistakes at the same time had them fux my leaking toilet wjere tgey broke the return hose so my toilet didnt fill up in the bowl and had to pay someone else to fix their mistake. Then they replaced my sump pump which lasted 14 months had a 3 year warranty which they will not honor bevause i had someone else replace it. Well clearly after 3 botched jobs im not having them back here and they price gouge. They wanted $600 to swap out a toilet. I bought a toilet for $110 and someone else installed it for $90. $200 job they tried to get $600 for!!! Dont use this company!!

I called A to Z to have a quote for fixing my broken sewer line. They gave a reasonable quote for fixing the basement and would follow up with a quote for the outside. Mike Hillard and Nicholas Kowal were the two professionals that A to Z sent out to fix my broken sewer line in the basement. Mike was friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He was the one I had the most contact with. Mike has 25 years experience and it shows. Mike and his team realized that the basement wasnt what was my real problem was. So instead of doing what was in the quote which wouldnt fix my problem completely, he set out to fix the problem completely while still staying within the quote price. He was able to fix the basement as well as fix the crushed pipe outside in the devil strip for the original quote amount. The whole process took only a day and half. They used all the proper materials and left the area cleaned. I am completely happy with the service that A to Z provided and would recommend them especially Mike Hillard.

These guys dropped the ball several times. Finally they arrive and spend 90min (10min smoke break) fixing something pretty basic. Bill was $1,750. But they were giving me $500 off so only $1,250. Obviously I wasn't paying that and it got down to just over $500. Needed some language changed on the invoice for realtor and they won't call me back.

I called late in the afternoon to have a main line snaked. They came out within the hour. After trying to up-sell me with a complete ""drain jet"" and footer-drain cleaning, the guy did the job I wanted to have done. Up-selling is to be expected. Be ready to say, ""no, thanks.""

We have used A to Z plumbing since we bought our home in 2013. They have been out several times for preventative main drain snaking as the property had a lot of trees. They replaced our hot water heater on Christmas Eve with no extra charges. They are always on time and professional. Highly recommend.

I was very impressed with this whole process. The plumber showed up within the time window (with services this doesn't always happen!)

He explained everything he was going to do (disposal replacement) and went over a cost analysis and options, which I got to approve before he did anything.

He worked efficiently and then took the time to make sure everything worked and nothing leaked.

Had to have them return due to a toilet installation that was done incorrectly by an apprentice that is no longer employed there (!) The young man that came to do the work was very professional, outlined what the charges could be and set about reinstalling the toilet. He took his time, making sure everything was to my satisfaction. He cleaned up the areas he worked in and supplied me with a thorough explanation of what was done. I am completely satisfied with A to Z and will recommend them any chance I get!
