We bought a new washer & dryer and had to remove the old ones from our utility room. While moving them out, my husband noticed one of the valves were leaking. We were headed out of town and the new set was scheduled for delivery the day after we planned to return. When an air conditioner fails in west Texas it is always an emergency. Terry and his crew understand that! A couple of years ago my main unit went out on the hottest day of the year. Terry was able to resurrect it long enough to cool my house down one more time while he went to get my new unit. He told me to get my house as cold as possible and the he would be back in two hours. When he disconnected my old unit it was 68 degrees in my house as my old unit wheezed to a halt. His team switched over the new unit which included moving the condenser to the other side of the house. By 5pm the new unit was running and my house had only heated up to 81 degrees!! It was over 100 outside. Now that's service!
