Although It's been over a week since my water leak was advised- Im still waiting for written estimate to proceed. Aaron did make an effort to come after work last Tuesday to check the area. I was anticipating an estimate thereafter. I had to contact him to reconfirm the project. Although he guaranteed he sent them via email -I never rcvd anything. We spoke on Saturday and $$ was advised . A tentative schedule was set for Tuesday for inspection since the area of the leak had been exposed.inspect pipes. Again I stressed I want a estimate 1st before proceeding. Although he's nice and seems knowledgeable- I need a written contract. Keep your word! Don't say you'll do something and never fulfill. Be reliable and responsible to retain repeat customers. (Fyi) I was just contacted by another former Steve's employee-Martin Dixon @ Virtues Plumbing LLC who came out today and completed the job!!!!

I found Aaron and A-Tech Plumbing through Yelp. I'm happy to recommend this company. I had a new water heater installed, toilets reset and washing machine hoses replaced. His work is beautiful. He is smart, professional and organized. Pricing was not inflated and everything was in writing. I'm planning my next projects so I can get on his schedule. Well done, thanks Aaron!
