I had to get an inspection and repair on an older septic system and Travis was very informative of the process up front and gave me the best options to do the right thing to repair it and did a great job executing. Understand it's a small business so you won't get a call center rapid response, but you will get great personal response, integrity and a job well done. I'm very happy with the service.

A Team Septic is excellent with their customer service and knowledgeable technicians! Travis, the owner, is responsive and he listens to your issues and can identify the problems and recommend a solution! He's an honest businessman and he will not recommend something if you don't need it, and in todays world, that is a rare find! I highly recommend Travis and his team! Janice, the office manager is awesome too, she's knowledgeable about the real estate business and can help the buyers and sellers alike in preparing their home for transition when it comes to septic needs!

Travis is pretty much my favorite person! We had a blocked pipe from our house to our septic tank, and Travis got here much faster than other services could. The work was done properly and quickly, at a very good price. Travis is honest and generous, almost to a fault. Thank you so much!

My main line to the septic baffle was plugged as it turned out....but I spent $500 calling out Beacon plumbing to clear the problem, which they said after everything was running again, that they had fixed. 6 days later we had the same problems.....all toilets, sinks, showers were backing up again. It was the Friday before Labor Day weekend and I couldn't find anyone that could or would help...they were all booked out for at least a week. When I called A Team Septic, Travis was on his way to one of three jobs he had that day, and said that he couldn't come out until at the soonest, Monday (Labor Day). Even though he was full up for the day, he took the time.....about 20 minutes, to hear what my problem was and talk me through trying to take care of it myself. He would come out as soon as he could if what he told me to do didn't work. When I dug down to where he thought the problem would be, I found that everything he had told me I'd probably find was staring me right in the face. I did what he had instructed me to do to clear the line and baffle, and my problem was not only figured out.....but fixed. The house was back to normal. Travis saved the whole weekend for my family and we greatly appreciated being able to take showers and flush the toilets again instead of having to wait another week. Even though he didn't take any money from me, I sent him $50 just for him taking the time to walk me through it all, which no other septic company was willing to do in our emergency. They all tried to schedule up an appointment, but nobody offered to talk me through it as Travis did. Even though $50 is not much, he saved me hundreds....and he deserved it. Thanks A Team.....you saved the day!!

Travis came out to my house twice to service my septic tank. As it turned out, he couldn't fix the problem, but made recommendations to me of what should be done. He had to be under a deck, not wonderful accommodations, and tested the system. I would highly recommend his company. So honest and nice. And he said no charge since he couldn't fix it. He felt bad, and I felt bad. Good company and nice people!!

Our home sold the end of April 2020. The septic had to be pumped and inspected prior to closing. Unfortunately the septic system failed and my husband reached out to Travis with A Team Septic Solutions to see if it might be repaired instead of replaced. He came to our home on Friday to do a visual assessment. My husband told him that the sale of the house could not close until the system had been fixed so he explained time was of the essence. Travis said that he would come back the following Monday morning to dig up the drain field to see if it could be repaired. He did not show up until around 5:15pm on Monday, spent about 2 hours digging up the system and then left. My husband tried repeatedly, from Tuesday morning to Friday morning to get a hold of him via text and phone calls to his cell to get his assessment. Travis never returned his calls until Friday afternoon to say that it was irreparable. We never did receive a written assessment of his findings. No apology or explanation was given. A whole week was lost due to his unresponsiveness.

Travis came to our house, and completely fixed our septic system. The company that had put it in, had done a shoddy job and cut several corners, and Travis showed us where the problems were and explained why we had been experiencing the problems we had been experiencing. He fixed the whole thing in a day (completely replacing sections and parts) and left the yard in good condition. His attention to detail is so good, that I had to send him home at 9:30 pm (he was leveling some bark) because it was getting late and the bark was pretty much perfect. His prices were fair and well-explained and we are confident that his fixes will alleviate all the issues that we were having before. I would highly recommend him to anyone that wants well-done work, with top-level expertise at a fair and honest price!

We had a very difficult time working with Travis and A Team Septic. They cancelled our original appointment so that they could take an emergency appointment (which I'm sure made them more money) and my husband spent an hour of his time waiting when he could have been at work. They were not apologetic about the mix up at all. Then, Travis insisted that our As Built needed to be redrawn, but it turns out he was the inspector that approved it 3 years previously when we moved in. He charged us $135 extra for that anyways. Last but not least, Travis promised our inspection report over and over again but kept delaying it. First it was coming Monday night, then Tuesday morning, then Tuesday evening, then Wednesday morning...to the point that it was going to affect the closing of our house. Needless to say, it was a very frustrating experience and we will not be using A team again.

We needed to get our septic system up to code and called Travis at A Team Septic to come out and take a look. It is clear he has extensive knowledge and was able to pick up on deficiencies in our system pretty fast. He always got back to my phone and text messages and really took the time to explain to me the work that needed to be done. In the end he went above and beyond to complete the job on tight timeline. He also improved the system by replacing critical parts that he didn't charge for. Travis got the job done, kept in touch, and produced quality work. Our septic system is rock solid and that brings peace of mind. Thanks A Team.

I can't say enough good things about A Team Septic Solutions and the owner Travis. I'm a real estate agent and I had an emergency septic situation that needed immediate attention because the house was supposed to close in TWO DAYS. Hoping for a miracle, I called different companies until I reached Travis's assistant Janice. She listened to my story and was all over it. Within 10 minutes she had called me back saying Travis had agreed to go out to my client's home THAT EVENING with his outdoor flood lights and do an inspection. He not only inspected, he discovered that the previous septic pumper from two weeks ago had charged my client $440 to pump her septic but never even pumped it! By the next morning we had a list of repairs that were needed and worked it out between buyer and seller that the work would get done after closing. By that night the repairs were paid for and scheduled for Sunday (yes, Travis agreed to work Sunday for us since the rest of his week was already booked). The property closed today! This never would have happened without the teamwork of Travis & Janice at A Team Septic Solutions. I will recommend them to all my clients!
