We had Travis out to inspect our system and help us understand why we were having issues with the filters. He inspected the system, explained the issue to us, and suggested we get the filters replaced with dual ""Polylok"" filters so the system could run more efficiently and so we wouldn't have to have the filters inspected/cleaned so frequently. He did the work quickly and the price was fair based on other estimates. That was 3 years ago and everything is working great. We'd use A-Team and Travis again.

Travis did a great job installing septic tank risers, installing a new Gould pump, a Polylok Effluent Fitler Upgrade, Floats and Float Trees and finally a Pump-Line & Check-Valve. I really appreciated that he explained what everything in my septic system does since I learned more from him in the one day that he installed all the above than I knew about my septic system in 27 years of living there. What a nightmare. Initially we thought Travis was great! He did a fantastic job on the distribution box. Currently we're in the process of selling. Travis was supposed to submit the maintainer report to King county. During the first reminder conversation I had with him he told me that his architect had a catastrophic back injury so couldn't finish. But not to worry, he would be handling everything and have the report submitted that evening and we would be able to see it in the morning. It never happened. I am very understanding of a medical issue causing a delay. But he said he would do it. Now we're getting ready to close (I'm the realtor also) and I've tried to contact him twice a week for 3 weeks with no response. So my brother-in-law got ahold of him. Guess what he told my BIL, his architect had a catastrophic back injury so couldn't finish. But not to worry, he would be handling everything and have the report submitted that evening and we would be able to see it in the morning. Of course it's still not there.

I had to get an inspection and repair on an older septic system and Travis was very informative of the process up front and gave me the best options to do the right thing to repair it and did a great job executing. Understand it's a small business so you won't get a call center rapid response, but you will get great personal response, integrity and a job well done. I'm very happy with the service.

Travis, the owner, is responsive and he listens to your issues and can identify the problems and recommend a solution! He's an honest businessman and he will not recommend something if you don't need it, and in todays world, that is a rare find! I highly recommend Travis and his team! Janice, the office manager is awesome too, she's knowledgeable about the real estate business and can help the buyers and sellers alike in preparing their home for transition when it comes to septic needs!
