A-Team helped us with two projects recently. I had spoken to at least three other plumbers for a water hammer issue, and got many different opinions. We spent $450 having pipes strapped down underneath the house, but that didn't solve it. When A-team came to give their assessment the tech seemed very knowledgeable and confident in his recommendation. They gave me a quick quote that was competitively priced. The owner, Robert, was very communicative, and the coordinated well with our landscaper for the second project (main water line pipe replacement). The water hammer is fixed! All-in-all we had a great experience and would recommend their service.

Th unforeseen happenstances occurring this year have turned our lives upside down. Our peace and serenity have been shaken; virtually nothing has remained the same. In the midst of all this turmoil, it was reassuring to know I could count on Robert Ferman, owner of A-Team Plumbing, to address my upset: water was pouring out from underneath the kitchen sink. Without hesitation Robert responded promptly to my call for help arriving here at the appointed time and expeditiously proceeded to replace the worn out connector causing the problem. I knew I could always entrust Robert to make the best plumbing decisions on my behalf; his expertise is unparalleled. I therefore agreed with his approach and recommendations referencing the water filter on the sink as well as the water dispenser on the refrigerator - appropriate detachments and connections were completed. In short, Robert has never hesitated to respond to my request for a plumber when the need has arisen. He personifies professionalism in every sense of the word. As a 78-year-old widow, and especially in these troubled times, I can attest to the importance of 'peace of mind' that Robert of A-Team Plumbing has made possible. WARNING! Please read before using this company.
A little while ago I called this company for what I thought might be a sewer line leak. They came, used a camera to go into our sewer line. Didn't seem to find anything wrong. Then they used one of those above ground leak detector and decided that it was most likely the sewer lines. Told me they would have to dig 2 huge holes outside to get to the sewer lines, (they also recommended repiping all our lines) and then close back the hole. (I would of course need to pay for additional repairs to fix the pavers once the work was done). They quoted me $12,800.00. Being that this was a very high price and I felt something was a little weird about how all this went down, I called a second company for another opinion. This person came, told me it was not the sewer line but most likely a leak in my sprinkler system line. I ended up digging, finding the leak in the sprinkler system line and repaired it for less than $10 in parts.
Now maybe this was a one off for this company but I would strongly suggest getting a second opinion before using them.

I was needing a leaking pipe fixed and it seemed that when I used the shower or the toilet I would get a leak. I called a few plumbers but this company had a time that was convenient to me. I also saw free estimate. Well Edwardo and another gentleman were scheduled to come but the time came and went. They did not call me, I had call and ask where they were, and left a message. Robert called me back about 10 min later and said they were behind and would be there 30-45 minutes.

They finally arrived and when they say free estimate, it means nothing because after he looked at the drains and ceiling he said he can't tell but would have to cut open the ceiling and that would cost $150 then he could give me an estimate. I hesitantly agreed and Roberto cut open the ceiling then said the issue was a joint between two pipes and he would have to get the pipes. He said it would cost $950. I was floored. Then he said the total would cost 1300 and I was like 350 just to patch a hole that was maybe 1.5x3 ft hole and he said yes. I should have said thanks but no thanks but I wanted it fixed and I couldn't get anyone else that day.

They had to go out and some pipes and fittings and they did replace and fix the leak but basically $1000 for replacing a 3 ft pipe and less then an hours work...

A-team performed an inspection for us prior to purchasing a home. They price matched and were able to come on time to a next day appointment. Both plus marks. We were a little alarmed at the estimate for what they found and the video of the pipes could be clearer. Efficient communication is a quite accurate statement and it seems that Robert is running an effective business.

These guys are amazing. They showed up within a few hours to repair the water valve that hooks up to my washer. On a Saturday nonetheless. They are professional, do great work, and at a fair price. Will be calling them again for plumbing work in the future.
