Won't return calls when they do show up they cut a gas line which could have blown up my house with me in it. Then they didn't fix the leak correctly had to call another plumber to come fix the problem correctly. Don't call them if you want the problem fixed correctly.

I have a rental home outside Athens, Ohio. I have been looking for a reliable plumber without success. I tried a least 3 other plumbers I found on Yelp. I left messages explaining what I needed done and no one called me back. A-Team was recommended and they did returned my call. I received a text and call from from them, which was great. used A-team plumbing and more twice now. and each time i was happy with the results. the first time they put a boot on a cast iron main drain pipe that started to leak, and the second time they hooked up the water line for my fridge, and ran new lines for my dishwasher. i will use this company again.

I was amazed. I called this morning. They called back in a couple minutes. After I explained my problem (leak) they said they'd have some one there in 40 minutes. AND SURE ENOUGH HE SHOWED UP IN 40 MINUTES! Unbelievable! Larry did good work in a timely manner and cleaned everything up. The price was agreeable. Will use A-Team again!

What I want to say is that the responsibility of the company's services and work has disappointed me. After they finished their work, they didn't clean up the garbage they were supposed to. It even caused insecurity. Then I called them no one. Replying to me. Sending messages to them and no one is replying. I want to say that I will not take care of your business with your current job responsibilities. I don't even recommend my friends to you. Thank you for your indifference

Way overpriced. Sent TWO guys@ $60/hour each - for BOTH at the same rate for a simple job (clearing vines from an outside surface PVC septic drain - no digging, no crawling into a basement, took them maybe five minutes) 15 minutes from their office. Attempted to charge me for two trips because they came and found a thicket that needed to be cleared for their access and left without doing anything, saying they would return after I cleared the brush. I did and they did - again TWO guys for some reason (both charged at the $60 rate! When I protested, they removed the charge for the first trip, but still. . . I would have felt it was fair to charge for one guy (his Emotional Support Guy is on him) and I would have understood paying a one hour minimum although they had less than that in the job including travel.

They were at my house to replace my leaking water heater within 24 hours of my initial call. They did a good job and charged a reasonable amount. I will definitely use them again.
