My warranty company sent this company to my house only for him to tell us that he couldn't get under our kitchen sink. He would have to send it back to my warranty company. I paid his a$$ 75.00 for absolutely a waster of time and u professionalism. He didn't even try to see what the problem was. Ugh.

The plumber came out to determine the cause of a leak from my upstairs bathroom resulting in water stains on the kitchen ceiling below directly below the bathtub and adjacent shower. The plumber's final conclusion was that the leak was as a result of seals around the drain of shower and the the eroded seals for the overflow drain of the tub without ever open up the ceiling and running the water in the shower and tub above. I called out two additional plumbers for a second opinion and BOTH concluded the problem couldn't be detected unless opening the ceiling below the tub and shower to determine the cause. One of the plumbers was chosen to open the ceiling and it the cause was a leaking pipe from the shower and NOT a leaking drain seal from the shower nor a leaking seal from the tub overflow drain. The plumber sent out was lazy and did seem to want to do the job but was happy to collect my inspection fee. I wouldn't ever recommend anyone to use this company for plumbing work. The leak was remedy by another plumber who took the time to perform a complete inspection to determine the cause. As soon as the ceiling was opened and the water was run in the tub followed by the water from the shower, the leak began immediately after the shower was ran.

My insurance company referred me to A-Team plumbing. When I called them a VERY rude lady answered the phone and talked to me as if I was bothering her. The guy that came out was nice but I could tell he did not want to do the job he was paid to do. He started complaining about having to order parts and having to work on two bathrooms. He even told me the wall around the shower faucet may have to be cut in to. We were having problems with a drip in one shower and the other faucet wouldn't turn off. He took apart the hall bathroom faucet but never touched the master bathroom faucet, even though he told the insurance company that he did. He said before he could do the work he had to write up a report to the insurance company. His report said that there was recent work done on both bathrooms, even though there wasn't, as well as told them all kinds of lies that didn't happen. My insurance company denied my claim because of him but he got paid my $75 deductible for doing nothing. I didn't read his reviews until after my experience. If I had read them prior I would have asked for another company. I believe he comes out and if the work is too much for him he writes up false reports. Unfortunately Old Replublic only goes by what the plumber says. What the customers say mean nothing to them. I ended up hiring Iggys plumbing to come out and they fixed both bathrooms in under an hour, without cutting in to the wall or having to order any parts. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING!!!!

The guy seem like a nice guy but I would stay away from this company. I had him out to my house because of a service request from my home warranty company. He came out to look at a leaking sink that was over 25 years old. He wrote up his report for the home warranty company that he had to redo the piping because it was installed improperly. This an ""out"" for most home warranties. So guess what happened, my request got denied my home warranty. I had a few other companies look at my sink to give me a quote afterwards and none of them said my sink was installed improperly. If you have a home warranty and they send this company as your contractor for your request, I would request for another contractor to come out from your home warranty. If he comes out don't be surprised if your request gets denied by your home warranty company. Contractors like this are a joke, they came out and get their trade fee and don't even provide any work because they know how to get out of it. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I used this service through my home warranty. He was rude and barely did his job. Told me I had to get the part myself. $ 60 for nothing. Only after I asked if he was BBB member was his wife (the office staff)somewhat pleasant. My home warranty called him to have him finish the job now that I had the part. He was so rude ti them they will no longer use him and will have the repair done by another company at their cost. If he is so miserable he should take up another line of work!

I used A-Team Plumbing service twice through my home insurance company. The contractor provided very professional service and resolved two leaking issues quickly.

Highly recommend this company!

Was called out to my home for a kitchen plumbing leak through my Home Warranty. Did not fix any leaks while at the service call. Instead called in to HW that my faucet and two sink caps were installed incorrectly and missing parts so the work /parts would not be covered by home warranty. They just want your money. The woman in the office is really rude too.
