The company said $89 service Charge to come in and evaluate the issues. It was a simple clogged toilet. The price to unclog was $420. This is an outlandish price to snake only 4 feet. It took them in three minutes. The quotes that I was given started at $420 to snake the toilet, $780 to remove the toilet (if required) and the top price was over $2000 to snake the main line. This is thievery, don't use this plumber!!!!

Called A-Team in the morning for a leak under our kitchen sink . They came out within 2 hours . The technicians were very knowledgeable and respectful.
The pipes needed to be replaced under the sink along with a section of the drain pipe in the wall . They explained all the options for the work needed along with pricing. The tech replaced the pipes under the sink adding a new faucet and replaced a section of the pipe in the wall . She adding at some point in the future we should consider replacing it completely. It was not something we had to do immediately. I appreciate her and her apprentices honesty. They completed the work neatly and in a timely manner .
I would use them again.

SCAM!!!!!!SCAM!!!!!!!!!!SCAM!!!!!!!!they had the nerve to add the overflow and waste and they know that was not y I am unhappy and disgusted!!!! Taylor knew she wasn't going to be able to work on my furnace and still continued to install the thermostat and then charged me and said the company and herself didn't feel comfortable working on it because it was too old ...I mean it was the same furnace she looked at to begin with ...she should have known then that it was too old 429.00 for a thermostat. I did not sign the completed paperwork. I called the receptionist wouldn't give me her name or the owners name she refused I threatened to write an honest review and she hung up on me and would not take my calls
She had promised to adjust the price until I threatened to write a review and she hung up and have not contacted me back
Taylor was not transparent and I didn't appreciate that
She also quoted me 6500.00 to replace a water heater of course with all the bells and whistles. By the way Home Depot just quoted me 1550.00 with a 12 year warr and all the bells and whistles...I have contact information if anyone needs it ...Have a great holiday A-team!!!!!!

Called to have them look at a replacement for our water heater! They came out quickly which I appreciated but the price was outrageous! They also charged 185.00 just to come out and assess. Needless to say we did not use them so it was a wasted 185.00 !

I guess you can not give no stars. I had a water heater leaking on Sunday night, called them they made sure to tell me that the emergency fee was $199, then when the technician got there they would not go in until I was made aware of the additional $185 diagnostic fee if I did not use them for the work. I agreed then I was quoted $4000 to change the water heater. Technician could not explain why it was going to cost me that much money. I declined the service obviously. Owner then called me 20min later apologizing saying they have a new software and it is not working properly and the technician was just going by the number software popped out and they were supposed to talk with him before any work was done. He also gave me at that time a reasonable fee to do the work but at that time did not trust them. Not sure if that software story is what they say after trying to take advantage of someone who would pay the 4k. Seems like a predatory business model. Do not use them please. I asked them to waive the $400 fee they were charging for being blackmailed and they refused.

Disgusting. Avoid at all costs. Technician came to run a camera through our system in advance of doing pipe repair; arrived late, and told us the camera wouldn't fit down a 2 inch pipe, despite my having told them our pipes were 2"". Charged us anyway. Called the owner, who berated my wife on the phone, tried to gaslight her about our communications, then said ""that's what happens when you vote for Biden"". Wish I was kidding. Do not give this company your business unless you value lies, misogyny, and politics being a part of your drain job. One star isn't low enough. Shame.

A-Team Plumbing and Drain is everything a home owner wants! Midcycle my 2 year old washer stopped working - I contacted them and what a promt response! I was able to get a same day appointment! They showed up on time, listened to my concerns, explained the problem in a way I easily understood. Professional, considerate, knowledgeable 5 star service! I will 100% have them back!

Fantastic service. Everyone was super friendly, relatable, and thorough. Taylor and Tony worked with us and did such a great job that we won't go anywhere else. We even needed emergency service and they were able to get someone to my house at 10pm on a Saturday night.

Terrible!! first guy came and couldnt install a sewer pump. Charged me for his incompetence. Another manager came and did not installed it properly then mote money was paid and wanted to charge more to come back!!
office staff nasty and refused to take responsibility and screamed and hung up on me.
Stay away from these people!!!!!
