Yesterday I discovered a leak under my staircase in my family room. I called A-Team Plumbing late this morning and by 2:30 they had a very nice young lady, Taylor, come to assess the situation. She was very nice, helpful and patient! She explained everything in detail and was here a significant amount of time. I felt as though she went above and beyond to help. I was very pleased with the services of this company and I would absolutely 100% recommend them.

I had called A Team to come and clear a drain in my bathroom sinks. But since Andy was at the house I asked him about repairing a shower faucet valve that had leaked inside the wall. Andy looked over what he would need to do the job and then sat down and wrote out a complete list of job estimates depending on how far I wanted him to complete the job. After deciding on the option that would not only do the shower valve but also replaced the section of the drain pipe that had the shut off valve in it. I scheduled a date to have the work done and not only was I sent an e mail to alert me they were on their way but also a picture of Andy that would be coming to my house. He showed right on time and got straight to work. The entire job was completed in just a few hours and looks fabulous. Once I get the walls closed back in he says he will come back and finish the covers that go over the shower valve and spout. I have nothing but good things to say about A Team Plumbing and especially Andy . He was easy to work with, completely explained what was needed to do the job and did such a professional repair. If I need a plumber in the future I won't hesitate to call again.

My toilet clogged and I call the A-Team at 4am. I was greeted by a warm soul who was very professional. The A/Team was here 20 minutes before their one hour window. I was warned with a text; again very professional. Tony and Taylor came in and diagnosed the issue quickly. I was told before they started what the cost would be; again very professional. That was the theme throughout the service call. I highly recommend the A-Team for all your plumbing and drain needs.

A water pipe was leaking in the kitchen ceiling. I called the A-Team since they were local. They responded quickly I will give them that. The apprentice plumber they sent was working on getting 4,000 hours of on-the-job experience to be a licensed plumber, hardly A-Team material. Take him the leaking ceiling he said it was $275 to rip it open and find the leak. Give him the ok since he arrived quickly and figured the $275 would offset the repair cost. He opens the ceiling water starts pouring out. He asks for a bucket which I provide and uses a cup on the counter to catch the water. With the ceiling open he begins the diagnosis. Does a decent job and tracks it down to bad solder on the copper supply line. Has to call the boss man. Well, I nearly dropped my drawers! $300 to fix the leaking pipe and as a bonus $400 to repair a questionable PVC drain pipe. Tell him to fix only the copper pipe. It took all of 10 minutes. Total bill, $575... But wait, if I pay with a credit card there is a 3% surcharge. Pay the nearly $600 bill for 1 hour of work. I was pummeled by the A-team. Lessons learned, always get at least three estimates.

Happy with the results. Nice guys, very professional had some dirty work to do and they did a nice job and cleaned up better than how they found it.
