Don't waste you time with this company ! they don't keep appointments or follow through. The owner gives you a song and dance , acts like he cares, but at the end of the day doesn't come through. Worst customer service I've had in a long time.

Tru-Air (especially Jim, the owner) has always been available to us whenever we've needed them in the past. Now, as a newly-single-again woman w a very limited income, I called Jim yesterday to come look at my heating unit, as it was blowing cool air consistently. It turned out to be a simple fix, a common & minor issue, he said. Despite being swamped, Jim came out to my condo within 2 hrs of my calling him. I will refer him & his company's services to anyone & everyone who will listen! Thanks again, Jim!
