I would highly recommend A.T. Weber for all your plumbing needs. We had a hot water heater that failed over Easter. Todd and his team were out the next day and installed a solid new one. Incredible service and knowledgeable team.

Of course I'd rather buy a ticket to Paris than a new hot water heater, but these guys had my utmost confidence from our first interaction.

When Royal Services in Pittsburg proved inept, these guys quickly picked up the slack and impressed the heck out of me. Pleasant phone and email conversations as they worked to find the perfect water heater for my oddly sized outdoor cabinet.

The guy who did the installation spent five hours at my place. He was friendly, neat and tidy. It cost me $1,600, but it's functional, safe and permitted. I have no doubt if I run into any troubles, they'll be there to help make it right. So far, so good.

Highly recommended!

Called and receptionist had no personality. Spoke with a guy that said it would be about ""$75 to replace a shut off valve, shouldn't take more than 15-minutes"". Replaced it in about 10-minutes but wouldn't leave a bill, said they would mail it to me. Two weeks later I get a bill for $148! For 10-minutes of work!!!!

Make sure they give you a written estimate so you don't get swindled like I did!

I called this place multiple times and left messages, but no one ever called back. My landlord insisted that I use them, so I called again today. That was one of the rudest encounter I've had from a customer base business. Jody answered the phone and was immediately rude to me. As I was speaking to her...she kept saying ""what""....and I had to ask her what was she not hearing and why did she feel the need to speak to me that way. She totally dismissed what I had and asked for my number so she could call me back after she checked the messages.......OK. She called me back 2 1/2 hours after. I missed the call and called her back, and she didn't retain any of the information I gave her proceed to ask for everything again and then she kept saying ""what....what....I can hear you"". The whole encounter was really unprofessional and flat out rude! I hate that I even have to use this mess of a place! I will be advising my landlord that I refuse to use them going forward!!!!!

I didn't like my initial contact with this company. However, the tech the sent out of nice and very knowledgeable. He changed my opinion a little, but I still do not appreciate that Jody lady and her horrible attitude.

Have used A.T. Weber for service at least six times over the years. Always stellar service. ALWAYS. Once a guy had to come back to fix one of MY screw-up's after an installation had been made. No extra charge. Can't imagine service better than these guys'.

These guys are crap. Scroll through the reviews, the most useful as voted by the people of yelp are all the 1 star reviews. I, too, can personally attest to their incompetence and shady practices. They were required by the owner of the house(for I am not) to replace all hot and cold water pipes. They decided, without the owners consent, to replace the kitchen faucet and a perfectly good water heater. They neglected to fix the shower handles (which obviously leak; as told through water-marked tile and operation of the shower[obviously apart of hot and cold water pipes]), the bathroom sink with an obvious homemade jerry-rig attached (a cut out 2-liter to catch the leaks), and stole a variety of things like; a post shovel, duct tape, adapters to the faucet they replaced and never flushed the system when they were done (Generally when one replaces things like water pipes and other fluidic systems, the last step is a system flush as to not ruin devices or clog filters, which are connected or in-line, with copper shavings, rocks, sometimes air pockets depending on the system and pressure, and other such things that which collect in the new pipe or fall into the system during the job [after they left my shower head broke, I thought it was because they installed it incorrectly which was also obvious but after cracking open my shower head I came to a different conclusion [the shower head was less than a year old]) and they never picked up after themselves. I came home to half of my stuff (which was in the room they were working in) outside and the plumbers left already. They were supposed to come by and fix the shower handles but scheduled that job a month later and then cancelled the day of. This is just my impression of this all around shit company and my situation doesn't seem that unusual after reading the useful reviews.

My wife had great experience with A T Weber. The plumber was on time, nice and added my dishwasher, garbage disposal, and fixed both toilets and even fixed my kitchen faucet I was having problems with. Ok price was fine, it felt like I got my moneys worth, and we all know "" plumbing sucks"" and it felt good to support Alameda.

Just had a scheduled appointment for a furnace check up and inspection. Steve showed up professionally and on time, conducted the inspection with no bother to me while I worked inside, and then communicated the results and his recommendations clearly and effectively. I could not be happier. Also, he noticed a faint whiff of gas in my kitchen, so he pulled out my stove and found a small gas leak in the connecting cable, which he replaced as part of the service visit as well. All of this took place in thirty minutes, and now I am ready to roll into the cooler months. Thanks a lot guys, you have a happy (and soon to be returning) customer!
