I have used AT Weber, exclusively, as our home plumber for over 4 years. The dispatcher, Chris, is usually challenging as he is not the most timely in returning calls or scheduling appointments, but the plumbers are friendly, professional, and do really great work.
I called in a problem with my washing machine leaking on Jan 4 and scheduled an appointment for Monday, Jan 7th. The plumber came out, took a cursory look at my machine, and told me I needed an appliance repair man. He said he could snake the line, but he suspected the problem was with the machine. I was fine with this and reiterated that I would like him to snake the line. I was able to get an appliance repair man out the very next day. Within 5 minutes, he found the problem. The water line was clogged and backing up, causing water to spill down the wall and onto the floor. I was able to get video of this happening.
Later in the afternoon, I got a bill for the visit on Monday. I emailed Chris the video and told him about the issue and and my displeasure that the plumber did not actually do what he said he would do - snake the line, and asked to have someone come out ASAP. Chris was not able to get someone out until Thursday(tomorrow) afternoon. As a family that just returned from a holiday trip and with two small children that go through clothes like there is no tomorrow, going without a washing machine for a week is not okay. I will be taking my laundry to a laundromat and my business elsewhere.

These guys have worked on our plumbing and furnace several times. Their response time and communication is terrible. The work is good. After waiting a week to get a quote on a broken furnace, they came out and then didn't call me back. After finally getting ahold of them, they would only give me a quote to replace and said they could fix it but could not give me a cost. The problem was a simple circuit board that just needed replacement. It should be 10 minutes of work. I am going to order the part online and save myself $300-400 bucks since they let me know after waiting a week they can't come out for a couple more weeks to do it.

I had a fantastic experience with A.T. Weber and would recommend them highly. We needed to replace our old galvanized pipes and A.T. Weber knocked it out of the park.
The multiple different people that worked with us from A.T. Weber (Vern, Felix, and more) were extremely polite, punctual, knowledgeable, and patient with all of my questions. If I had any concerns, they were more than happy to explain my options and recommend solutions.
Thanks, A.T. Weber!

A.T. Weber did all the work for our remodel, and today, came out on pretty short notice to fix our two showers who were both broken at the same time! Nice people, clean up after themselves, and don't overcharge. We can wholeheartedly recommend A.T. Weber Plumbing for all your plumbing needs.

Just had Josh out here to look at our heater and water heater, both of which have been misbehaving. So knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Always have a good experience with A.T. Weber (had a full repiping on our townhome done a few years back).

I had two problems -- a leaking sink and a gas heater whose pilot light would not stay lit. As I've done several times in the past, I called AT Weber -- and they had someone there within 15 minutes of the designated time. The sink was done first; Jeff showed me what had caused it and fixed it on the spot. The pilot light problem required a part that he didn't have in his truck, so he quickly rigged a temporary fix to get me through the weekend -- and returned Monday morning with the correct part. Problems solved.
I've had AT Weber do a sewer lateral replacement and install a gas line to the kitchen in my parents house, fix leaks and diagnose issues for many years now, and will continue to call on them for anything involving plumbing or heating.

I just had an awesome plumbing experience, which I did not think actually existed. But it does!
We have had a leaky toilet in the house for some time and we had just been putting off getting it fixed. Finally I had enough and called AT Weber to see when they could take a look at it. To my surprise and joy, they were able to come out that afternoon. In no time at all, Jeff had that toilet back to a non-leaking condition, had replaced some additional little parts free of charge and even did a couple other little fixes that I am unable to describe. And then at the end, Jeff swept up all of the very small mess he had and the bathroom was as if no one had even ever been there to work on it... well, except for a toilet that now does not leak!
Thank you Jeff and thank you AT Weber.

I can't thank Chris enough for his arranging for assistance with a broken shower fixture. The follow through and courtesy extended to me in getting the repair work done was amazing. A.T. Weber took the time to not only replace the broken device - they also secured the new fixture. I really appreciate everyone going the extra mile on this request. I would highly recommend their services.

I just had an unfortunate experience with A.T. Weber Plumbing, which we have used for years. We have not run into this issue in the past so things have changed. We needed the outdoor spigots replaced. I sent photos. Plumber comes as planned. He looks and then tells me he needs to go to the shop to get the materials. I say just start work and I'll go to the shop and pick up what you need. He says he can't let me do that. I say I shouldn't be charged travel time - he has no copper pipe and no spigots and I say that's not right - I sent photos. So he calls the shop right there in front of me, and he tells me I won't be charged for travel time. The invoice comes today and at $150 an hour I am charged for travel time. I have some back and forth with Chris the Dispatcher and Chris reduces the bill. I think this is fair. But I got this quote:
""I'll take a half hour off. But for future reference we do charge for when we get materials. That's part of the job.""
I call the shop to speak to Chris the Dispatcher and the call just gets defensive so I decided to post this warning about the practice - no standard material on a plumbing truck (like no copper pipe) leads me to believe this is an intentional way to bill more labor time so Consumers Be Aware of this company's practice.

These guys are great! Had a slow draining sink that we've been dealing with for a long time. We have had other plumbers look at it and they either couldn't do anything with it or they would ""fix"" it only for the problem to reappear days later. Well, our tech thoroughly cleared the drain and we havent had a problem with it for 4 months now! Call these guys; they know what they are doing!
