Had occasion to call A.T.S.B. Plumbing to our home this past week to fix a broken sink disposal and stopped-up drain. It was the first time I'd used them, and everything went great. Brandi (sp?) handled the call courteously and professionally; Stacy came the next day to fix the problems. Completed both efficiently and at a reasonable price. Would use them again with no hesitation.

So far I've only called to get a little info to fix a tankless water heater, they were more than willing to help me out and gave me things I could do as the homeowner to try and remedy my issue before having to spend money on a service call. (Safely, of course) and if remedies don't work, I will be calling them again to schedule an appointment. My experience with them is brief so far, but I'm very impressed after just one phone call! This is the kind of customer service I expect and appreciate! (4-stars for now, as I haven't actually used their service, I will update)

UPDATE: (Changed to 5-Stars) Turns out I needed to make an appointment as my issue required a plumber to resolve. After a thorough investigation as to what was causing my problem as well as a wealth of information, he made the correction and I have had the hottest showers on record! He also gave me a lot of preventative maintenance advise not only for my water heater but for all things that have a pipe going to them. Stacy was more than helpful and answered all my questions. He definitely knows his stuff and I would definitely recommend his services!

TOP NOTCH SERVICE! I had low pressure in my guest bathroom and he found the problem in no time. I really appreciated him explaining what he was doing every step of the way and showing me things I can look for on my own to troubleshoot problems in the future. He discovered that when my home was built whoever initially installed the valves in the wall soldered a piece to heavily and it prevented the water flow that I needed.
He had to cut into my guest bedroom wall to get to the problem and replace the valve. He cut the cleanest lines and even beveled the cut so the sheet rock fit perfectly right back into place.
As far as I am concerned, I will never use another plumber besides him.... Do yourself and your wallet a favor and call him if you have a plumbing problem!

I originally found A.T.S.B when trying to get a water line leak repaired at a house we were renting, since my landlord couldn't be bothered. He repaired the leak quickly and charged less than he quoted, since he didn't have to replace as much pipe as he originally thought.

I also called on the house we purchased after discovering a gas leak. He repaired a damaged gas line outside our house for 1/4th of what two other plumbing companies quoted and didn't try to sell unnecessary work. Stacey was fair and reassured me not to worry about the code inspection after the other two companies kept telling me the city would fail the whole gas system without a lot of extra repairs and testing. He was right and the whole system passed inspection with no problem.
There was a delay getting the part compatible with older poly gas line from his supplier, but we were kept informed of what was happening and what they were doing to expedite the part.
I'll be using A.T.S.B from now on. Stacey and his wife are great.
