This company should not be in business at all. For a simple Hot Water Heater Installation, it has been going on 1 month now for them to finish the job that should have taken only an hour and a half, tops. They have missed 3 of their 4 appointments set with me. Instead of calling me and telling me that they needed to reschedule or let me know there was an issue, I had to call and ask what was going on after waiting around each day for 4+ Hours. The first appointment they had set with me, their response to not showing up was ""There was an issue we thought would resolve itself"". I strongly advise anyone who is looking to seek help in the field that this company calls themselves a professional in, to STAY AWAY. Their last appointment with me was supposed to be last week. I have called 3 times and left 3 voicemails, and still have not heard back yet. Worst customer service I have ever dealt with.
