Jacquelyn G.Hired to do a Master bath and laundry room addition. We had to provide guidance and was ignored which led to work needing to be redone. All plumbing was reverse (hot/cold), the stand alone bathtub drain is STILL a nightmare and we still have open permits unable to be closed out due to their inability to fix and abandoned the job. They chipped our vanity countertop and went AWOL while we have been redoing all lines and having to hire a new plumber to finish out plumbing permit work.
Jay K.Hired them for a big plumbing project, terrible decision. They will nickel and dime for everything after giving a quote. And they took a month longer than expected. After everything finally got done, I still had to hire someone to come repair work they did. DEFINITELY DONT USE
