It's unbelievable that post-COVID there still seems to be great plumbing service available but here I am writing about it.

A-sure pro is not part of the run-of-the-mill monopolistic cartel of contractors that spin you around passing you from one agent to the other with some agents going the extra mile of deception and pretend to protect you from other contractors.

THEY ARE THEIR OWN INDEPENDENT COMPANY - and if you know a thing or two about contracting - this is important.

I had long thought since last year that all contracting services that value service beyond words were gone. A-sure pro was knowledgeable, clean, careful and has good follow through.

They exhibit to know a lot and have experience which shows from knowing the drainage network systems from different years of construction - they don't claim to know everything though which is really good.

Where to begin? We had a clogged kitchen sink and reached out to Mario after 9pm on a Friday (mostly so we could just be first on his list Saturday morning.) Instead, Mario responded within just a few minutes, more than happy to help, and was at our home by 11am. He showed up in mask and shoe coverings, went right to the sink, diagnosed the issue and fixed it in 20 minutes. He was reassuring and helpful, super efficient and took the time to make sure everything was perfectly cleaned up before he left. And he was a joy to talk to! All this, and reasonably priced as well. Yes, seriously. I hesitated to leave this review because I don't want him to get too busy -- and I'm sure we'll need him again. But he was just too good not to share. We'll keep his card handy! A-Sure was awesome!! The gas company cutoff my gas due to a leak. I requested a quote and A-Sure responses were quick and prompt. They showed up within an hour or so. Other companies offered next day service. The tech Mario showed up in a mask, was respectful, professional and was very knowledgeable did a great job!!! He also guaranteed his work, and even told me what to expect from the gas company also. I was able to get my gas cut back on the same day. I will definitely be recommending A-Sure Plumbing & Rooter to my friends and family!!!

Mario is a great, friendly and professional plumber. My kitchen garbage disposal was busted on a Friday night which caused sink to flood with waste water. I went on yelp for help, and Mario answered my request in less than an hour, and the issue was resolved the next morning. His help is very much appreciated.

He takes good care of his clients. Not only did he perform an excellent job on my urgent request, he was also very thoughtful like wearing a mask to protect him and his client, providing contactless payment options, and cleaning up the mess after the job was done. I put Mario on my speed dial for future plumbing work.

Mario and his team came on time as promised and gave an estimate right away. He provided pictures from under our house so we knew exactly what was going on. Mario knew we had one bathroom out of commission so he worked his schedule to get our job done right away. He was efficient, priced right and the work was done within two days. It is hard to find an honest, hard working plumber. We will not go anywhere else. Mario is our guy!!!!
