I use them for my home, and business, and have never been unsatisfied! They are honest, dependable, and all around amazing people. Their prices are very fair, and usually better than other places from what I hear.

Desmond was our service tech for removing and installing two new toilets...very talented plumber, took the time to explain what he was doing! Discovered our upstairs tank required a smaller rough in than standard...assisted us in expediting next day installation! Mr. Souky said it would take 3 to 4 hours to dig up and install a main water line. I trusted him and assumed he would completely dig up and remove the old line before installing a new line. NOPE! Instead, he said he ""got lucky,"" inserted a 3/4 inch new line through the existing one inch old line. Minimal digging and ONLY one hour on the job site. His crew did not clean up the dirt and water mess on a new vapor barrier in my crawl space. DO NOT accept his fixed fee verbal offer, but instead require a written hourly labor charge estimate. Otherwise, you can expect to be OVERCHARGED for the job!

Bryan, Anthony, Daniel, and Nate did an incredible job. They were kind and explained all the things that they were doing. They showed me pictures of what was going on underneath the house and explained their plan of action. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND using these guys. They arrived about 30 minutes after I called and did not disappoint.
