This was an easy experience. Called the plumber, they set up an appointment and came out today. Gabriel came right in, identified the problem and got right to work. He was helpful, even offering advice on other questions I had. The price was also very reasonable. I would highly recommend this company and I plan to use them in the future.

I called them on Sunday and they gave me an appointment the following day. They said they could have came over the same exact day for an extra charge if it was an emergency but recommended I wait to save myself the additional charge. My tub of as not draining at all, complete standing water. I tried drano, zip it stick, and another brand like drano and nothing worked. The technician arrived on time, was very polite and friendly, and fixed the problem in under 30 mins. With a charge of $125.

Simply amazing!

I called around 1 pm, and already had an expected time window between 2-4pm. Mr. Rivera came out and explained every little detail on what was happening. He was extremely punctual, fast, and super honest. He even gave good advice for the future in making our plumbing more efficient. I will not work with anyone else now! Awesome experience!

Honest, prompt, professional. Used them for the ""Private Drain Program"" with the city, which requires the use of a city licensed plumber. I literally threw money down the drain with two previous plumbers and their deceptive business practices before contacting A Solution. I researched and contacted at least 15 plumbing companies for the Private Drain Program. Not only was A Solution the least expensive but they also took care of my problem in about 30 minutes, whereas the previous two plumbers required multiple visits with no resolution. No surprises with A Solution. I rarely post a review. If you are looking for a plumber, this is a good company.

After months and months of annoying bathtub clogs and water not draining, the technician from this amazing company (Mr. Rivera) came and solved the issue right away! Not only is the company available 24/7, but the staff is so friendly and professional. Mr. Rivera came, looked at the bathtub, and was gone in about 15 minutes with a solution! I was expecting a high cost like every other company, but Mr. Rivera surprised me! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company to anyone who needs sewer and plumbing problems fixed!! EXCELLANT SERVICE!

The first time they came to my house, I forgot to put my dogs away. The guys still entered and knocked out the job. They left zero mess. His price came in under the initial estimate. They were quick, honest, neat, and dog lovers (lol).

Just recently my tub was plugged. I tried everything to make the water drain only to have busted some line and making water run all over and spilling into the basement. I was worried that I would have a huge plumbing bill pending. Mr. Rivera came over and in less than three minutes: not only unplugged some hair that was clogging a drain line, he also showed us how to fix it ourselves for next time, and didn't charge us because we were loyal customers!

I now have him on speed dial and is the only plumber that I call and trust.

I usually rely on Yelp reviews when it comes to looking for services I am not very familiar with and so this is exactly where I found ""A Solutions Sewer & Plumbing"". I was out of town when I was made aware of a big plumbing/sewer issue at my property. Luckily I searched on yelp and contacted Mr. Rivera very, very late at night. To my surprise he responded almost immediately and understood my urgency. Not only did he and his crew tackle the job promptly, he continuosly communicated with the city and my insurance until all matters were resolved. They are extremely reliable and professional, I highly recommend them!

Mr. Rivera, came out knocked a hole in my ceiling charged me $180.00. Then proceeded to tell me that the job would cost at least $2,400. According to him the piping under the upstairs toilet had to be completely redone. He went on to tell me that removal of the toilet would be a difficult job. He said he had to check that the parts were available, and of course they were!! He said he would come back the next morning at 7am. After Mr. Rivera left, a plumber I had previously called came. Within minutes he told me I needed a new upstairs toilet installed. His fee $230 plus the cost of the toilet. The toilet was installed the water stopped running downstairs into the 1st floor unit. Mr. Rivera, is a con man, a rip off artist. Beware, do not do any business with him.

Mr. Rivera, requested that I make the following correction: Although, he took my card information he did not process a payment of $180. However, the rest of the post is correct. He was attempting to charge me $2,400 for a $230 job!

I am a late posting this review, but at the same time I had 6 months to verify that I have had no trouble with the job performed. A Solution Plumber Mr. Rivera was very professional, clean, and I ended up paying a little less than his estimate. They have a faithful customer for life !
