I am so thankful for A Sewer Guy! Up until Thursday we could not do a load of laundry without flooding our garage due to well water and drainage problems! Steven came down and all in one day he assessed, diagnosed shopped for and installed our new washing machine in line plumbing and new box for hook ups, as well as ripped out our old utility sink replacing it with a new one, AND installed a Sand Separator on our well pump! He was meticulous, cost conscious and he got us back up and running! I am so happy with his work; I highly recommend them!

what a rip off ... wanted 2 toilets installed, called and was told maybe $200 each, just had to see the job. It's just 2 toilets removed, and new ones (we provided) installed .... the tech .. James Taylor arrived about 2 hours late, and said $450 each with barely a look at the one downstairs toilet. Geez .... got both toilets professionally installed for $95 each from a licensed plumber .... avoid this company - they just want your money

I was impressed with the Yelp rating, tho my problem was septic system related and none of the review discussed work to these systems. So I called and my first question was whether they work on septic systems. The woman who answered said absolutely, and that they had one employee who only worked on septic systems. So I made an appt. The fellow who came out explained that the system evaluation fee was $275, and any additional work that was required would be priced on top of this. I decided to proceed, as the septic alarm was coming on unexpectantly and I wanted this to be fixed. The technician was a very nice person, but he had very limited knowledge and experience. He understood the float and the pump, and for every projected problem his answer was that one or both would need to be replaced. When it turned out to be an electrical issue, he was honest that he did not understand electricity and suggested that I hire an electrician to come out and re-wire the whole system. If I pay $275 for a system diagnostic evaluation, I expect an expert to evaluate the entire system and advise me on next steps to fixing the problem. And they should have the knowledge to fix it themselves. This was a waste of my time and money.

I live in a Rural area on 5 acres with an 18 station irrigation system. When I turned it on after winter I noticed the pump was coming on about every 10 minutes. I called explaining that I believed I had either a line leak or a bad irrigation valve that wouldn't shut fully off. Steven was here the following day with an electronic probe and high sensitivity Microphone. To help him. I'd already located all the valve boxes and he quickly ascertained that I had 3 bad valves. He had to get parts so returned 2 days later, first thing in the morning and began digging up the boxes and replacing the faulty valves. We turned the water back on and all seemed fine but about 20 minutes after he left the pump came on again. So I called and Steven immediately returned. He isolated a part of the system which narrowed it down to a smaller area and he found a valve box we didn't know about. Sure enough, you could actually see the water leaking out. It required yet another valve But we now have a fully functional irrigation system for the garden, lawns, and landscaping. I can't say enough about the Professionalism of Steven and his support team. As he's Licensed & Bonded Plumber he offers a Full Year warranty on the work he did. I will certainly use him again should the need arise.

Honest, reasonable pricing, responsive, and will be using them for all of my future plumbing needs.

I have rental houses and know how important it is to have a ""go-to"" plumber. Steve came out, gave a fair estimate, completed the work on time and on budget. What more can you ask for, especially in a world where many subcontractors have little care for the customer.

A pipe between my pump and pressure tank sprung a leak and was spraying water all over my pump house. I called and got an immediate response. Until Steven could arrive he made a few recommendations to control the spraying water while still supplying water to my house and it worked. When he arrived he went straight to work removing the cracked metal pipe and union and replaced it with pvc. The repair looks clean and permanent.

I've relied on Steven in the past to do a major repair where the sewer line to my septic tank collapsed and backed up every fixture. My sewer line runs beneath my concrete and asphalt driveway. I called and within hours he came out to inspect and got the repair done just as quickly. His crew worked tirelessly for three days in rain to remove the concrete and dig several feet down to find the pipe, all the while digging in sewage, buried powerlines, and irrigation pipes. I can't thank him enough for repairing this so quickly.

Called the day before to arrange to get a pipe unclogged. I was told that I would be called by the service man when he showed up to give me a price for the job since I would not be there. She said that a sewer drain service is between $125.00 and $175.00. Pretty straight forward job - the 3 inch main cleanout is right outside the building, 4 feet from the toilet that was clogged. Bottom line is he charges me $275.00 for the job with no phone call before to let me know. He says he had to run a camera through it to see what it looked like. When I complain he knocks off 25 bucks. Thanks a lot. If any body uses this guy, make sure you get in writing what it is going to cost beforehand and don't let him upcharge you.

I woke up this morning to my pipes not draining after doing a load of laundry. I called two plumbing companies and A Sewer Guy Plumbing was able to come out first. I was told they would send someone out by 10:30am, but Steven was at my front door by 9:30. I was so grateful. He diagnosed the problem very quickly and had it cleared the blockage within 1/2 an hour. Steven was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company. I'm a satisfied customer.
