Sewer drain between the main drain and the septic tank was clogged after a wedding at our house. Danielle was great on the phone and the Sewer Guy was at my house within a couple hours. Did I mention it was Sunday at about 6pm?? Such great service. Drain snaked out for $189, which is very fair. Thanks guys!!!

I contacted Steven on Saturday morning about our clogged kitchen sink; he promptly got back to me even though he told me he was out celebrating his son's birthday. I let him know the situation and that we were having company that evening so we needed service asap. He told me not to worry about it and he would have his technician contact me soon. Within 3 hours the technician called, arrived and completed the job! (Of course my husband informed me that it was my fault because I put too much spaghetti down the kitchen sink at one time.... okay... guilty..... and the tech had to snake all the way through the pipes)! What also impressed me was that Steven took the time to follow up with a phone call that afternoon to confirm everything was to our satisfaction. I couldn't be happier and so glad we were able to use a local company! Great customer service, will definitely recommend!

We have a house full of company and since 3 am a clogged drain and toilets. I checked ads for 24 hour plumbing service and found this with good reviews. Called and an automated voice says you'll be called back in 5 min just leave a brief description of the problem and your phone number. Called at 4:08 am - no call back by 4:20 am. Called again at 4:21 am - it's 4:41 am and still no call back. They should change their message to be more accurate. It's no good to have a house full of kids who may have to use the toilet and think you'll get help soon, but be left hanging.

Update - The call back came just after 7 am. Not only a far cry from 5 min (more like 3 hours) but not exactly what I would consider 24 hr service. I found you can get several different plumbing companies out by 8 am - if I'm going to wait till 7 am for after hours service I may as well wait till 8 am and pay a lower fee!

Called and spoke with Danielle. She was super nice, very friendly, and accommodating. We could not get the toilet in our trailer to flush. She had a technician at our house in less than two hours. Steven was very professional, clean-cut, and interacted extremely well with the kids. He quickly got to work, diagnosed the issue, and fixed it! Highly recommend A Sewer Guy!!!

Called Steve out on a Sunday because the whole house was backed up. Was onsite for 2 hours, snaked 3 access points and only charged $150. He was friendly and professional. I'll definitely use A Sewer Guy again if I have more plumbing issues.
