We were ready for our regular septic pumping, called A+, and were seen in less than a week. Jake was polite, VERY informative, very thorough, and very patient with my numerous questions. My wife and I were tired of having to guesstimate where the hatches were every few years so we decided to get risers & screw-down hatches installed. Two days later Jason and La'e arrived. They both were very polite & professional, and I really felt that they listened to my concerns, and made sure that the choices I made were informed choices. I would reccommend these guys to anyone needing septic work. La'e was a very nice young man & I wish him all the best in the future.

I asked to have a couple sinks installed, not only did sinks have to get sent back for damage, but once they did come in I found out I had to buy a new countertop and have added expense for that, because the plumber forgot to tell me this from the beginning (his words). The lack of communication and professionalism leaves a lot to be desired. The office staff were friendly and helpful every time I did call, plumbers had to be told to keep me informed.

Needed electrical work ASAP. Unfortunately, had to wait a few days before they could fit me in. It took an hour for them to drive the few miles to my house and something one of them said about the time devoted to my repair didn't click until later. I think they drag their feet because they think it justifies the high cost of their services. The work was done, so I'm happy, but their pricing is super-high. The almost $40 charge to just give an estimate hooks you in. You don't want to waste that $40, so you go ahead with the work. I see so many bad reviews of them here. Maybe they'll revise their charges if they realize how outrageous they are.

Me and my husband purchased a furnace and a heat pump recommended by this place we spent over $8,000 for the new system 2 years ago I called A+ one week ago and told them that my system wasn't working right something was wrong they came out check the system said the circuit board was Burnt the brand that we bought was Coleman, Nick, is a serviceman one of them that came out he said that they don't sell Coleman no more the Coleman's are piece of s*** blah blah and he also stated that they did an overhaul of their office the only information he could give me is that my system wasn't a good system but they sold it too us. 2yrs ago Nick said he would have to get back to me to let me know what the cost would be or if they can even help me because they didn't sell Coleman's no more. A+ I don't recommend to anyone to use them my system was only two years old and they didn't even give a hoot or even try to help at all. So to make a long story short Nick from a+called me on the phone instated that they could not help me because they didn't sell Coleman's no more and Nick recommended that I call sunrise energy systems because they still did repairs on Coleman's. Right off the bat when I called sunrise energy systems the gal on the phone told me that they would be checking with Coleman to make sure there wasn't any recalls on any parts so come to find out it was a recall part the circuit board Dennis is the gentleman that came out and help me from sunrise energy systems very polite I would recommend sunrise energy systems any day I will have sunrise energy also be doing my yearly inspection not a plus. Sunrise 253-445-0622. It's just pretty sad when you pay A+ over 8k and within two years your system breaks down .. an a+ I got news for you I bought the second best Coleman that you can buy for $8,000 so don't tell me that my system is crap.. beware of a plus services. I hope you're happy with you review. Don't be surprised if I don't go too the BBB over this A+.

Extremely overpriced. As others said, I was in a bind and needed plumbing work done. Thr estimate was high but I assumed there was more involved than just replacing a valve. The part cost about $300. The length of the job was about 2 hours. The charge was $1450! Even with 100% mark up on the part, I was charged $425/hour. Buyer beware. Invoice # 152987 on 4-19.

***Update 2*** You have my mailing address from the invoice. I didn't cash the check over 3 months later. It was 45 days. Most checks are good for at least 90 days after being written, thus the reason for my surprise upon being told that the check was bad. I'll be calling tomorrow.

We have had unfortunate service from this company. They did the pumping service required by the county prior our purchasing the house. So when we decided to sell our house this year we called A+. However, they came out to house and did the pumping and produced a report. That report was rejected by the County as it was not accurate. We had a completely different kind of sewer system than the report was submitted for. Now, yesterday when called back because of the report we were charged for that call. Tonight I was informed that the correct fix to our system will cost $1790.00. I will be calling them tomorrow to see what the fair solution is to this problem.

We had a septic emergency on Friday afternoon and they responded quickly. Were very professional and personable Most important, diagnosed and corrected the problem!! Very involved process but they worked hard and we could use all the facilities by SAT. Special thanks to Joseph, Daniel, Derek, Justin, La'e, Chris, Q, and Randy. From all the people involved, you can see the repair was pretty involved!! THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!

Called this company to come pump out septic tank. They did, then told us all of the problems with it. Said it was urgent. So we paid...dearly. The work was so cheaply done my son could have done better with his LEGO set. In fact we found the part on Amazon for $25!!! Not at all what was described to us. Usually we do our due diligence and check on a company or make sure the repairs are really needed but they had us so worried and were so convincing, saying they would have to call the city to report it if we didn't fix it, we felt it better to be safe than sorry with the septic. They also took the cement cover lid! Called and asked them to return it and they brought one that didn't even fit. What a rip off. So sad because I am sure they have done this same thing to many others. Shame on them. Beware of this place!!! Never again!!

I posted this because I felt people deserved to know our experience. I will not argue my point, it is silly to do so on yelp. Your company can attempt to paint a nice picture about what happened, I would expect this from any company but the bottom line is, we were taken advantage of, given wrong information and provided poor workmanship. I hope my post, weather 6 months old or a year old will save someone the money & frustration we had to go through.
