It is so not like me to not check out a company before calling but I did. Learned my lesson
They came out and looked at my leaking shower faucet. Gave me a total price of $428 which I thought was very steep but figured it must be more involved than it looked to me. 15 minutes later and a cartridge I could of got at Home Depot for $28 and they were done. The guys reason was as the company gets bigger they have to charge more!
Not only did they rip me off but they left mud prints on my floor and in the tub
THEN the next day I turn it on and have no hot water in shower at all. I am at home waiting for them to come and fix it. I will update after that.

I would be really careful when dealing with A+ Services. Our septic tank was due for pumping, and I went with A+ since they could come out on a Saturday when we would be home. They did call beforehand, and showed up as scheduled, so I'll give them that. Luckily, I had read the reviews....after I scheduled them, but before they showed, so I wasn't surprised when they told my husband that our tank had a ""crack"" that needed to be repaired ASAP, to the tune of over $3500! My husband took a look at the crack, which he said was a hairline crack, and not a large, gaping crack. They said they'd have to notify the County Health Dept. (go right ahead!), and continued the hard sell. They even brought the original price down by a few hundred dollars (what are they....used car salesmen?) to try to entice us to let them fix it now. We are in the process of getting a second opinion, from another, reputable company, and I'll update when we have that, but bottom line....don't be swayed by A+'s hard-sell tactics....get another opinion! I know that even if we do end up needing to invest in repairs to our tank, we will get it done for a lot less then the numbers they gave us. Next time we will go with someone else.

I just purchased a home last year and I got a clogged drain. I tried to fix it but couldnt get it to work right. I called A+ and I spoke with a very nice lady whom sent someone out to see me. Long story short , the first thing I noticed is that they were on time , polite, professional and extremely courteous. The work was done in a quick professional manner , the tech let me know what he was doing and how he was going to fix it. I would totally use them again .

We were having plumbing issues, water backing up and called A+. They stated they would be here promptly, and took all day. That wasn't the problem though, I understand it's a business and there are other appointments to tend to before non-scheduled issues. The problem was, the misdiagnosis, and quote for repair of $15,000+.
We decided to get another diagnosis and estimate, and fixed the problem for $700 with a clear explanation of what was wrong.

THIS COMPANY IS SCAM!

After installing a new kitchen sink, the water didn't drain. I took off the P pipes underneath and nothing was clogged there. So I believe the clogged was somewhere inside the vertical pipes within the wall. This company charged $45 bucks to come out and to take a look. The tech gave me an estimate of $500 to snake the pipes for a job that could take less than 15 minutes.

The tech also took a look at my bathroom sink that dispensing water that tasted metallic. Tech told me that gas pipes were installed and that was the reason why the water tasted like metal and estimated around $800 to replace the pipe by removing the whole unit.

Luckily, I called PLC Plumping Services. They don't charge to come out to give an estimate. And PLC won't charge you if they can't fix the issue. It only cost me $130 compared to $500 to get my kitchen sink snaked and took Max less than 15 minutes.

Max also fixed my bathroom sink for free. There were no problems with the pipes at all. Max informed me that the new faucet head had collected some debris. All he did was unscrew the top of the faucet and wash the junk out.

We had A+ come out last year and fixed a sewer drain. It cost a lot but we thought we were given good customer service. So two weeks ago we had a backup on our pipes in the back of the house. A technician came out put a camera through but told my husband he couldn't put it thru all the way. Tried to sell us new piping. He got it unclogged but today it happened again. I called and was told we would need new piping. I called another company and they came out and fixed the clog. I will not use A+ again.

Dishonest and bullies. They came out and gave me a bid on my septic tank because my toilet was backing up. When I told them I wanted to think about it, they told me if I didn't use them they would report me to the county. I was scared at the time and used them. I found out later the drivers WORK ON COMMISSION AND GET BONUSES! The more they charge you, the more they get paid so they are VERY motivated to add to the expenses. They charged me over 3k to ""fix a crack"" in the septic tank and pump it out.
About 6 months later, I hired my friend to come out to look at the tank because I was having problems again and was still upset by my experience with A+. Turns out the problem all along was a blockage between the house and the tank. He looked at the tank and there never was a crack and the whole septic system was fine.
A+ Septic feeds off your crisis and makes money from your bad situation. Just awful.

Avoid- they will waste your whole day. Waited from noon to 6 for an estimate. Plumber called at 2:20 saying he was running about an hour behind. Fast forward to 6:45 pm and still no plumber. Not only were they past the 6HOUR WINDOW I received no additional phone calls. I called the company and was told they were still on another job. The receptionist could have cared less. I won't be calling them again. Thanks for wasting my day off.

So it's Saturday, my tankless hot water heater won't work. I do what I can based on the manual, on Internet research and experience. Epic fail. I could find one company willing to come out on Saturday. I spoke with the dispatcher, who thereafter called me several times to update me on the status of plumber who was working his way to my place.

Fast forward through actual diagnostics, multiple attempts to revive the hot water heater and ultimate identification of the core problem. Options were really not what I was hoping for but they were discussed fully, as were the costs. The options included various repairs, or replacement. I've had a tankless hot water heater for 30y and at this point have a good sense when it is worth repairing and when it's time to cut my losses.

My plumber, Levi, was back on Monday at the promised time and as soon as a replacement could be obtained and it was fixed. Working well, hot showers are wonderful! In addition, no hidden charges, debris removed, nicely cleaned up and the key problem permanently fixed. Turned out it had been missed by 3 other companies previously. They were faster & probably cheaper but never fixed the actual cause. Having it fixed is worth it.

I can't comment on the many bad reviews but they do not reflect my experience with this company.

I'd give them a big 0 if I could, anybody that is from Thurston county knows to steer clear of these people, but somehow they slipped through the cracks with my moms landlord (he's from Tacoma) the pipe running to the septic was ran over by a car, should've been an easy enough fix, but of course they put on a big scam about how it was plugged up with feminine napkins and the whole system had to be rebuilt, costing the landlord multiple thousands of dollars, they explained to him how my mother must have been flushing tampons down the toilet. The problem with this bs story is my mom hasn't had to use tampons for over a decade and would never flush one down a toilet even if she did use them, so it was just a lie to get into the property owners wallet. They did dig up the section of pipe that was broken by the car and patched it, but they didn't rebuild anything else. Typical with this place from what I've heard from other people. Please beware!
