Carlos at ""A Second Opinion Plumbing"" was great! He responded immediately in the evening to my inquiry for help regarding my very clogged, backed up kitchen sink, and he arrived promptly the very next morning.

My kitchen sink was bad (after getting rid of Thanksgiving food -- and probably a build up over time). He was very knowledgeable, & explained in detail about everything that needed to be done to unclog our sink. I think he was fair, up front and honest. He gave us all his time for the morning and worked until everything was unclogged and flowing properly (draining water, using the snake, and hydro jet to clear pipes).

Carlos also let us know we could call him anytime with any questions or concerns. And I think that's awesome customer service! I would recommend Carlos, and use his services again.

Contacted Carlos for a ""second opinion"" regarding replacing shower valve. After describing the issue, Carlos questioned the advice I had received from several other plumbing companies. He was patient over the phone with me and described what he thought might be the issue. We arranged for a day for him to come check out the issue. He arrived on time and got to work. He identified the issue was the shower cartridge. Easier fix and less costly than the valve! He made a trip to local hardware store, got the parts, returned and fixed the issue. Cost was reasonable given the work and running to hardware store. Will call him again when I have another plumbing issue!

I am so happy I found Carlos! We had an emergency and he came out the same day to help us out with a main line clog! We called about 10 other plumbers to send a camera down my clean out and they were quoting outrageous prices! Upon further research when I saw the title "" Second Opinion Plumbing"" on Yelp it was exactly what I need. Not only was his pricing fair but he also walked us through everything he was doing and explained how his equipment worked. Best service and his company name says it all. Carlos was awesome. Super patient and took the time to get the job done. Carlos installed a one inch ball valve and three quarter inch double union regulator regulator and new hose bib.

He also replaced for me the stems and seats for a two handle Price Pfister shower valve in my master bedroom.

I highly recommend him . His prices are super fair and reasonable compared to the other plumbing companies around the Inland empire .
